I brought my Father-in-law for lunch here. Johana was our waitress. She was very attentive and fantastic overall. It really makes a difference when you enjoy the meal, atmosphere, relaxing music, PLUS have a waitress with a friendly, smiley face. It completes the wonderful lunch @ Olive Garden.
The servers here were absolutely delightful! The food was okay, though. We ordered the shrimp scampi and a meatball tomato sauce pasta. We also got a salad, the salad was good! I would go again for the salad!Recommended dishesHouse Salad
Alfredo needs to be presented differently it looks broken, dry in areas.... otherwise, great meal and service UPDATE, WENT TWICE MORE AND IM DONE, THE SERVICE HAS GOT SO BAD...short staffed, extremely busy, dirty tables and unclean tables everywhere, both lunch time.......only got soup salad and breadsticks, all 4 of us....Food: 3/5
We wanted to try this place again . Their food is very good. The waitress was super nice, friendly and attentive. I asked for soup and salad. I had chicken gnocchi soup and it was so delicious then, I tried Italian beans and pasta and it was good as well. My husband had the five cheese ziti which was really good . Also I recommend to try the blue Amalfi coctel it was so good. Btw their bread is so delicious
We had a large group recently, the service was great, food was good. I especially enjoyed the bill split on the tabletop computer. Kid-friendliness: The high chairs and car seat holders are excellent.
Seated quickly, but our waitress just disappeared. Took drink order but didn't get for 20 minutes. Then ordered. Had to ask if we get salad and breadsticks. Two other tables came in after us and had received their food way before us. Was there 2.5 hours!Food: 3/5
Yummy! My in-laws took us out for my birthday dinner here.. all you can eat salad and bread sticks kept coming and each entre was so good. I also received a complimentary birthday desert!Food: 5/5
Unfortunately had a pretty bad experience on this particular visit. Service was slow, pretty sure our server forgot to put our order in. Ordered a bottle of wine and came back with a glass, had a gift card and the server put it in incorrectly and it didn’t take it off the bill. Server was nice enough but appeared to be new. Luckily called the gift card company and there was still 25 dollars on it. Will be visiting a different Olive Garden next time.
We had a bad experience here on multiple visits. Once, I found a piece of white plastic spoon on my pasta order. On two occasions, they brought pasta with meat sauce by mistake when we actually ordered pasta with marinara sauce. We stopped going to the Worcester location. The framingham location is much better when it comes to service, atmosphere as well as the food itself.
Love the food and the overall service, but I have major qualms about when we visited the last time. Granted we visited 45 minutes before it was about to close, but the fact that they were already vacuuming the place, and the front desk gave us very unwelcoming looks, when there were at least 10 tables full of people, was very odd to me. Everything felt very rushed, and I think that’s something that customers shouldn’t feel.
