Excellent customer service. Have been looking for a new bike for a while, all over Ottawa/Gatineau. Staff is very knowledgeable. We were impressed.Will be recommending for sure. (love my Marin).

Bought a bike from the shop today and was really impressed with the knowledgable and friendly staff. They took the time to ensure the right type of bike and also its fitting for me. Great service and would definitely recommend this bike shop!

Excellent service à la clientèle. J'ai trouvé les prix des accessoires un peu élèvés, mais ne conaissant qu'Amazon comme compétiteur, je ne leur enlèverai pas d'étoiles pour ça.
