After a long day of traveling, it was just what we needed. The rooms were reasonably priced and clean. The lady at the front desk put us right next to each other and was very accommodating, friendly, and very knowledgeable providing us with accurate directions and recommendations for our shopping needs. The pool was clean and refreshing. The hot tub, relaxing. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone of us. Got us fueled up and ready for another day on the road. You really do have a great staff of caring, polite, and professional people. I'll give you 5 stars and gladly recommend The Best Western Yellowstone Crossing to anyone traveling through, the gateway to outdoor recreation, Yellowstone National Park. Laurel Montana
Check in was very easy, and the employees were nice. I can’t comment on the amenities like the pool as I didn’t try them out, on first glance the room looked ok but once I actually went to get in bed I was a little surprised. Behind the night stand was a bra covered in what looked like 2 years of dust, the pillow cases were all torn up and there were what looked like small black hairs on the sheets. Stayed the night before at the Livingston Inn for less than half the price of this hotel and it was significantly cleaner. Needs some serious deep cleaning. Careful staying here if you have allergies
At first the room looked fine but it smelled dirty. We were traveling with our dog and paid extra to have her and there was pet hair and dust all over the room and bed. The pool and hot tub were also a total mess. The door was broken and had to be propped open with a chair, no towels, and the hot tub was lukewarm and murky. Never again...
This is definitely the most pleasant and clean hotel. Front desk staff is amazing and very accommodating. The GM is so super friendly.nGreat place to stay. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.
I’d like to suggest some training for your staff. When we checked in I asked about using the credits from the Best Western Rewards program. The front desk clerk said she didn’t know and went and got another person. The next person was a little bit snotty and told me I’d have to call corporate. I was just asking how to use them. After the first girl finished checking us in, I said I’d pull up the emails showing the rewards and use them at checkout if I could. She said she was sure I could. When I went to check out, the man handed me a receipt that was pre-printed and sitting on the counter. They had charged the full amount. When I told him I wanted to use our gift cards, he said he didn’t know how and only the manager could do it. I told him I’d wait for him to take care of the other people and call the manager. The manager gave him some instructions and he told me to write down my gift card numbers and then walked away. I don’t understand why I got such attitude when Best Western obviously WANTS people to join the rewards program. You aren’t doing anybody any favors by not training your employees how to redeem them ~ without being rude.
