The hotel did look chic and updated, however hastily put together. The fact that the hot tub is still not working after the hotel being open for months and is still being advertised as having a hot tub had me upset. The pool filter didn't seem to be working there was a nasty film on top when we tried to go in after the kids cleared out, in the evening. There was a lot of kids in the pool during the day but the filter should be able to handle that. It was still fairly icky by the AM. Maybe even a manual skimming would have helped. For the amount of money we paid it was worth it! We really enjoyed the free full breakfast bar too! The kids said they had a lot of fun and loved the free hot chocolate!

Stayed for 5 nights. The rooms were clean, quiet, and bed was very comfortable. Staff was very attentive and professional. Breakfast was great, a lot of good choices. That is where it ended. They just opened after a remodel, of what? The lobby was great but rooms and everything else was very tired. Elevator doors did not close all the way and the number 3 on one of them was backwards. The phone box in one of the elevators was hanging off the hinges. The pool had bugs (indoor pool!) and hair in it, filter system must not of been working very well. Pool water was too cold to swim in. The tile around the pool was a slick tile, they should have chosen one with a raised pattern for grip.

Their renovation is very nice. We had a poolside room and it was pretty quiet. The walls between the rooms were a bit thinner though. Nice beds, shower and good breakfast. We will definately stay again. The kids loved the pool, it was very warm which was nice.

Hotel is nice. It was a little confusing using the back door though. I took the wrong elevator upstairs and there were people in their offices. Good stay though. Comfy bed, nice pool area.

Nice room. Not enough staff. They kept the room cards, instead of letting me take them home to shred.
