Home2 Suites by Hilton Milwaukee Brookfield

Never stayed at a Home2 Suites before. I am very pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Room was very nice (and very large) , breakfast was very good, and being able to bring our dog was a plus. Having a full size refrigerator, dishes, and a dishwasher was awesome! Will definitely stay here or at another Home2 Suites again!

Very nice hotel! Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the look of hotel is clean and modern. We enjoyed the gym and the pool area. Breakfast was also very good with good options.

Clean and quiet rooms. Other hotel guests were very professional and kept to themselves. Gym was small and pool area was acceptable.

The room was filthy with soda spills and hair stuck on top on night stand, head board and table. There was only 1 staff member in the entire hotel during Friday early evening rush, so check-in although very friendly and professional took 20 mins. While waiting we noticed 2 rooms that were being occupied by 7-10 people. The pool had no clean towels since the only staff was too busy checking people in. The one staff member was dressed in such ill fitting, oversized clothes he looked like a mechanic. The building was not well maintained with many dents, scratches, scuff marks on the doors and walls. And lastly, since the ashtrays, of this 100% smoke free hotel, are directly in front of entrance to the hotel, we were met with clouds of smoke every time we entered and exited. We are Diamond members (frequent stayers)so stay at Hilton's through out the country and beyond, but are native to Milwaukee. We are sad that this is such a poor reflection on Milwaukee since it is so sub standard to other Hilton properties. Even though we received points and a discounted rate, we will not be returning.

Nice facilities, very comfy beds. Staff very accomodating. Lock malfunctioned on the bathroom door requiring the staff to rescue my wife but things happen. Have been here a few times and will continue to stay when in the area.
