Quality Inn

No complaints. The best in hotel amenities at very reasonable rates with excellent customer service for their guests. Hot breakfast was a bonus over most hotels with simple continental breakfast. I'll be back. A++

Service was great. It wasn't sparkling, but it was clean. Shower head was a little subpar since it didn't give very good water spread.

My one-night stay at the Brookfield, Wisconsin, Quality Inn was the single most HORRIBLE and disappointing hotel experience ever. Between 1:30 AM and 5:30 AM, we were moved to three different rooms and had issues with a smoke alarm going off because of a low battery, heavy chemical smells, and a noisy, obsolete cooling unit. Twice, I said to the man who checked us in that I did not think we should have to pay for such a terrible night’s sleep, and he said I would have to talk to the Manager later that morning because he was not in a position to offer any discount. When I spoke with the Manager, she said that the man we had been dealing with was, in fact, the owner, not merely a front-desk worker, and that he had adjusted our room rate. The bill showed a $10 credit for the smoke alarm. Nothing further could be done. I was blown away by the man’s deceitful and dishonest behavior. At no time did he acknowledge that he was the owner and the only person who could issue a credit. Instead, he kept telling me that I needed to speak to the Manager. The owner’s behavior was highly unethical and totally unacceptable. I am disappointed that Choice Privileges offers these accommodations to any of its customers and am still considering whether I will ever choose to stay at another Choice Privileges location. His deceitful behavior reflects poorly on your organization. As is clear, I am a VERY disappointed customer.

Clean place. I enjoy my stay here. Out door pool for the kiddos hot breakfast coffee and tea everyday if you wanted. I would definitely book this place again when I visit Milwaukee

Terrible hotel. Terrible experience. The outdoor swimming pool was filthy. The building is filthy and resembles a dirty basement. Our microwave didn't work. The staff was very unhelpful and rude. Especially the manager Julia she was very rude. They double charged me and refused to help me with this. Never stay here.
