Extended Stay America Hotel Milwaukee - Waukesha

Exceptional hotel staff professionalism, friendliness and prompt service. Cleanliness of the entire hotel, including the campus grounds and especially my room. Variety of different sized, well furnished, comfortable and quiet rooms. Very secure semi-secluded location with large, well lit and safe parking lot. Reliable and thorough housekeeping. Convenient, fully equipped kitchenette, including refrigerator, stove top and sink. Continental type morning breakfast and free WiFi.

Room is good. Includes kitchen, iron, iron stand, tv (very few channels), bath tub. Though service was quite poor. Stove was not working. Didn’t have the knob to stop water in bath tub. Had to wait two days for it. Applied GE discount which resulted in cleaning once a week. Because of the structure of bath tub water goes out of the tub and from the washroom; at the end spoiling the room itself. Internet got disconnected multiple times and front desk has no idea on it. Had to call tech support couple of times.

The stay was wonderful and the crew awesome.. Brent the mangers was super helpful and took great care of me.. I highly recommend the hotel...

The room was nice and clean, but did have a strange smell. It was nice having a kitchenette, but it would be nice to have some fruit or something with breakfast

No better place to stay if you have to stay for a week or more. I stayed 3 months. Very friendly staff. Made a few friends with fellow residents. Lot of touristy and local options nearby. Pet-friendly. Quiet. Clean. Works out cheaper and better than a short-term apartment lease or airbnb. Avoid if you're staying for less than a week.
