The hotel is nice enough for the money. Everything appears clean. They have cookies for you in the lobby. The staff is okay, not super friendly but they will answer any questions that you have. I have a single queen room and it's pretty small. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Beware & watch your credit card statement. They illegally made an unauthorized charge on my credit card for over $472 for a stay I paid for in advance. In fact, I didn't know they charged me until I received my credit card statement. When I brought it to their attention, they gave me the runaround. My stay was in June. Here I am in September still trying to get my money back. A bunch of time that I really don't have to spend on something like this. I am now in the process of disputing it with my credit card. Next step will be reporting them to consumer protection and figuring out who else I can report them to. A bunch of unethical people running this place.

I was very impressed with the Hampton Inn! It was clean with updated furnishings and a fabulous bed. With perfect bedding and blackout shades it was my best night's sleep in months. That would have been enough, but I was very delightfully surprised by the free breakfast. It had a large selection and the hot eggs and potatoes were above average in regards to taste. I don't expect to get back to Milwaukee, but I will definitely choose Hamptons in the future.

Very attentive and pleasant staff. Big pool and whirlpool tub although not very hot. Outdoor seating and lounge chairs. Convenient to the highway. Spacious rooms.
