Baymont Inn & Suites Waukesha

The essentials are clean, however there are small issues that add up to be a non-recommendation. Sink doesn't drain, faucet handle is loose, remote doesn't turn on or off TV, 1 in 5 channels actually come in, back entrance broken into open position. (The maintenence guy must be on vacation) The positives are: the fridge, microwave, fresh towels (not stingy), and happy with the turn down service.

Despite the Glamour Shots photo the hotel is older with some new paint. But you get what you pay for. Dirty. Poorly maintained. Uncomfortable beds. Not working TV. Breakfast was nice. Nice pool. But not a bad deal for the price. If you're looking for a cheap hotel not a bad place to stay. If you want some place nice go elsewhere.

Dust on everything. Carpet hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed in who knows how long. Old receipts from someone else just shoved off the back of the stand. Toothpaste smashed into the carpet by the sink. Decorative blanket on one of the beds had some type of residue dried up on it. Bathroom had not been cleaned very well. Looks as if a child did the caulking in the bathroom. Remote for the tv was missing. People hanging out in the hallways. Would not recommend.

Exterior and Lobby nice. Rooms acceptable. Breakfast decent. Eating area clean. This is a budget motel. Lots of contract workers stay here. For the money not bad, but is not upscale.

The room is very large and sectioned off to give you a lot of private space. Having 2 bathrooms is definitely a plus! There's the option for room service here and the menu has so many different food options. It's close to a lot of shopping and fast food and also pretty close off of the highway.
