Best Western Plus Peppertree Airport Inn

Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice room. Good location to Spokane Airport. Great shuttle and parking service. Don't like the use of paper and plastic cups in hotel rooms. So much waste. Overall, a good place to stay.

Always enjoy our stay at the Pepper Tree. Cordial staff and the place is clean. This stay however e found a very loud bathroom fan in our room 233 which needs fixed. Notified the desk and am confident it will be taken care of. Great place, highly recommend it.

Excellent place to stay! Extremely comfortable bed! Very nicely decorated! Great free breakfast! I will definitely stay with Best Western again! Also very nice employees!

Stayed 3 nights on business, and my stay was fabulous! The room was clean & upscale, at least for me. The breakfast options were amazing, they used real tableware, and the very helpful staff even bused the tables for us. This trip, my shower water wasn't very hot. But it usually is, so it might have been a fluke. Love this place & these people!

Don't let the "Airport" title fool you. We arrived in Spokane at this Best Western for a two night stay in August. Quite frankly when we booked the hotel we were worried that it was going to be too close to the airport and as such would not be getting that good of a nights rest. We were very wrong about this. This hotel is excellent and would highly recommended for families with young children. First off the hotel is not as close to the airport as what we thought. On both nights my wife and I and the kids did not hear one airplane at all. The rooms that we had were super quiet. The pool and hot tub area is always a great time for the kids. Also the complimentary breakfast at this restaurant is really well done. A selection of yogurt, juices, coffee, tea, breads, fruit, waffles and cereals. They also have a station where a cook is waiting to either make you ready to order breakfast burrito or ham and cheese omelet. The front and staff was very helpful. On both nights, my son and I needed to get to a baseball game in town (which is only 10 minutes away) and this left my wife without a vehicle. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle that can take you anywhere in Spokane which worked out greatly for my wife and daughter. Now her and my daughter could go do something else while we were at the ballgame. The complementary van will also pick you up when you phone. My whole family will definitely stay here again.
