I have had a great time at all the KM resorts that I have stayed at so far. Ponderosa Falls is the best so far! They have amazing amenities. The pool, hot tub and Sana are great. The put put golf has a beautiful water feature that makes the game not only fun but relaxing as well. Most of all is the amazing staff! Crystal is so helpful, she will go the extra mile to help you if she can. She also has such an infectious smile you absolutely can't help but be in a good mood after speaking with her. Richard and Denny work so hard at keeping the grounds and buildings looking great. They also go out of their way if possible to help. Even with something as silly as finding glue for a broken finger nail. Thank you Denny! We definitely will be back!
Very organized and clean place to check out.. The pool and laundry along with a work out spot as well a mini golf are nice to have on sight.. Kids will have many things to keep them busy..rv spots spacious to. They have cabins that sadly I didn't get to check out but the prices are fair and people seem friendly.. Hopefully I'll be able to update with cabin news soon..I think it's a cool spot to check out if ever in the erea.. There are so many bonus that you should check out especially if you like traveling.. Oh also check into membership benefits.. your welcome;
Nice big park. More cabins than other parks. Breakfast was good ! Cabin clean and warm!! Going back in summertime to explore the park more. Cabins could use an awning to stand under on the deck !!
We just spent two nights at this RV park and I would give it a C at best. Reason for is because they have allowed a lot of people to live in this park full time, with no standards from the management. Site 49 was just terrible. Hookups were great. Grass was not watered in the lower section. Needs fresh gravel at all the sites and roads. Very quiet at night. Friendly staff. Wi-fi works about 80% of the time. Thank you.
Very nice place. Loved the amenities for pets. Fenced area with water and dodo bags provided. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will be returning the next time I am near.
This is one of the best KM resorts and I feel like it can be called a resort unlike some of the other KMs. Originally we were put in a site along the back which would require backing 90 degrees around a tree and then our slide outs couldn’t go out because it was too narrow. We were able to move to a different spot despite getting there after hours. Crystal helped us and she was AMAZING and so very helpful! We will definitely be back. All the other staff we encountered was kind, helpful and friendly.
Beautiful park every site tucked in trees. Plenty of shade, nice and quiet, bathrooms clean, staff friendly and helpful
Nice clean area. The pool, hot tub, sauna and gameroom are great! Awesome amenities, full hook ups and RV sights are good sized and easy to get in and out of. Also have small cabins for rent.
Wonderful staff, awesome pool,hot tub and sauna and had a little dog park! Perfect! Brought our RV,but the Cabins are adorable for another time!!!
Pleasantly surprised by this campground. Helpful staff, efficient check in and large sites. Will definitely visit again.
