Had a great experience for the 3 days spent here. Close to good restaurants and the in-hotel restaurant was very good with great service. Close to downtown for business and the view of Chocolate Lake is peaceful and relaxing. Rooms are a good size and very nicely laid out. I loved being able to look at the window in the morning at the breakfast table. Very quiet at night. Hotel staff were always helpful and attentive. Will return.

I'm actually reviewing their bar and grill - and it's wonderful! What a beautiful atmosphere and the food is phenomenal. Well worth a visit for their Lakeside Burger. The hotel itself appears to be in great shape and has beautiful views of Chocolate Lake. I can't speak to the quality and condition of rooms personally, but if the rest of the building and property is any indicator then I'd have reason to believe the rooms are of a similar standard.

I have stayed here at least 4 other times. Really enjoyed the restaurant and facilities. They have just undergone some renovation's. New carpets and paint mostly. My wife is terribly allergic, the manager couldn't care a less. The rooms in the tower have windows that open, but they have no screens. The manager also could care a less. So we have bugs all night, or allergic reactions to fresh paint and carpets. Suffice to say... We will not be back!

Great location to downtown if you have a car and lots of parking. Chose this hotel on client reviews, amenities and price. Room was always clean, had a view of the lake which was a bonus. Stayed five nights, hotel at capacity on the weekend and it did not affect parking, internet speed or the breakfast options. Staff very friendly.

Stayed with my husband and 9 year old daughter for the weekend. I have nothing but nice things to say. The room was as good as you'd expect; clean, fresh, nothing lacking. Wonderful, friendly staff. The cook came and talked my daughter during her lunch ( which was great ). Was on the 2nd floor, room was quiet and temp was comfortable. Pool area was nice. Good, hot complimentary breakfast. Our only complaint was that after researching the hotel and finding out they have an in-house dog, we couldn't let him ;)
