Stay was awesome! Professional/ courteous/ caring staff! Best check in/ breakfast room( very open and inviting! Breakfast lady was awesome! We'll gladly stay there again andvrealan encourage anyone to do so! Very homey and warm- the way a hotel should be!! Seriously!

Exceptional pet friendly property with inner grassy courtyard with bench, doggy bags and disposal bin. Friendly staff, upscale breakfast room with quality and variety food items. Clean comfortable and spacious guest rooms. This hotel sets the bar high for all Best Western hotels. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. A must whether travelling with pets or not.

I really appreciate that the reservation staff warned me that the elevator would be getting serviced, and therefore unusable during my stay. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Same from the cleaning staff. I also thought there was a good variety of food at the complimentary breakfast, and it was always well stocked no matter how busy. I would stay again for my next business trip to Nanaimo

Newly renovated with high end carpet, and mattresses. Hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was really good with a nice sekecsele of items. We were really pleasantly surprised by the high quality of this Best Western hotel in Nanaimo. We would definitely stay here again.

I always have a good experience at the BW Northgate. The lobby has now been redone, as well as some other features in the hotel, and it looks great. Breakfast in the morning is such a bonus, and the woman running the show was amazing making sure everything was stocked and clean and guests needs were met AND she stopped at each table to make sure we were happy. Looking forward to staying here again next year, or next time I'm passing through Nanaimo.
