ALT HOTEL

I had a wonderful 2 night stay at ALT Hotel. The room was impeccably clean with a stylish loft feel and a very comfortable bed. I loved the Nespresso coffee machine, and the free underground parking was a great convenience. The location is fantastic, with tons of shopping and dining options right downstairs. Plus, the view of the Montreal downtown skyline from my room window was stunning. Highly recommended!

I recently had a troubling experience at this hotel. My shoes were stolen from my room, and when I asked the manager to review the hallway camera footage, I was told they didn’t have any recordings for that area. It really felt like they were covering something up.nnTo add to my frustration, I noticed that the bedsheets hadn’t been changed before my arrival—completely unacceptable. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, making me feel like my concerns didn’t matter. I strongly recommend finding another place to stay where your belongings and comfort will be taken seriously.

Hotel is located in the Dix30 shopping center. Free parking is provide underground with a door leading to the elevator to the receprion area. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a Nespresso coffee machine in the room with coffee pods. If you like to shop, the shopping concourse is huge. The restaurants are plentiful. We ate at the Siam restaurant located on the second floor. Thai food is their specialty. It is a beautiful restaurant and has an outdoor terrace. Try the dumplings with peanut sauce. To die for! We will visit again.

Second time staying here en route through Montreal from Toronto. Simply put this is a perfectly located hotel that's dog friendly, right on the doorstep of numerous shops and restaurants and some awesome breweries just over the bridge, and that also has ready to go meals for those who'd rather stay in with their pup. While it's an extra charge for dogs, the overall price is in-line with other major hotels on this route. Highly recommended and I'd certainly stay again.

Great hotel. The parking lot is convenient. The roomi had was absolutely fantastic.
