Clean room and available parking.nWe rented a room at this hotel because they accept dogs and we were not disappointed. They provided a bed, food bowls and treats samples for our pup, they even have poop bags and trash can right outside. We highly recommend going there with your pets.

Thank you so much Mathieu for your exceptionally high level of customer care this weekend!!! My husband lost his phone after our stay, and Mathieu went above and beyond to help us locate it. He genuinely cared and was very attentive and kind in helping us find it. Once he located my husband's missing phone, he even waited outside for us to pull up and to make sure that we got it. We travel to Montreal quite often and, because of Mathieu's amazing customer service, we will now always stay at this hotel. Looking forward to our next visit :

Stayed here in the summer for vacation for a week. Room was just okay. Was clean but showed wear. Location was good as I was able to walk just outside for food and drinks. But back to the mediocre condition of the room. The ceilings are verrrry tall I’m guessing 12ft?, the window blinds go all the way to the top and are on a pulley system. My fiancé was closing the blinds when the metal unit above that should have been secured into the wall fell and hit my fiancé on the head! It left a very large goose egg. We called to have maintenance fix it and brought it to the attention of the front desk staff. Asking to speak to a manager. We were very polite in relaying what happened and that we were quite upset by it. Unfortunately we were met with zero sympathy and offered $50 off our $1000 bill. It was actually more insulting than helpfull in the manner it was delivered.

I stayed here for 1 night for work and absolutely loved it!nnThe room was super clean and the bed - SO comfortable!! The design of the room was unique and modern which made it feel more like an apartment to me.nChecking in was really easy and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.nnThe hotel is located right in the middle of a shopping/entertainment hub which is really convenient.nnThe only downside is that there was no fridge or microwave in the room, but being in the middle of the shopping centre made it less of an issue as you don't really need to stock up.

Stayed here about 10 years ago. More things built up around the place but the hotel is the same. The staff are nice and can speak English if you need it. The parking is confusing. There should be space out front but probably not. Park underground and go up. Love the rooms though. I think this is a Gen.1 hotel. Have stayed in better ones like Toronto. Drop the Mic.
