Motel La Siesta

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights. When we arrived, we saw white stains on some of the pillows and the blanket, and we also found hair on the pillows which are signs that they were probably not cleaned. We complained about it to the staff respectfully and he was kind enough to show us another room and to let us inspect to see if we found it better. In the second room we still found hairs and a few odd stains on the blanket and pillows but we just figured that most rooms would be like this so we just took it. I really dont think anything was cleaned because we both woke up both mornings with a ton of pimples on our faces which never really happens to us. Overall, you get what you pay for but i think the bare minimum would be to have clean bedding : This motel is close to tons of restos and shops which is beneficial but would not recommend if you want a clean place to stay.

I had a great stay at Motel La Siesta in Montreal!nnThe staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, always ready to help with anything I needed. The room and washroom were spotless, and the free Wi-Fi worked perfectly. I really appreciated the secure environment, the convenient 24/7 concierge service, and the excellent parking right on site. For the price, it’s an amazing value, highly recommend!

Overall, pretty decent. Bed was comfortable, washroom clean, room clean, no odours, quiet enough, administration is nice, and near some places to get dinner, like Lebanese food, Dairy Queen within close walking distance. Lots parking, convenient access. I was taking public transit, so it’s not as convenient as staying downtown, but for what I paid, $175 for 2 queen beds a night, including tax, it’s ok.

The entire stay was a nightmare. The room wasn’t ready when I arrived, and when they finally gave me one, it was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. The shower barely had any water pressure, and the heater didn’t work. Customer service was rude and completely unprofessional.

I don't know who the person was over the phone. I stayed there 2 months back, and all of a sudden I got an email after 2 months that I have reserved a room from cloudbeds.com in their motel, which I never did. This means that they use the our information to create a fake booking. While calling them to see that whats happening with the booking the person is literally yelling and saying that why the hell are you calling me again n again to check it and I just simply asked him that whats wrong with you system and why don't you just cancel the booking which I never made, so he was like we cannot do anything and cut down the phone. Whereas, they have my card details as well from my previous booking. This is literally a fraud they are doing.nnDo not visit them
