Hôtel Brossard

The staff were excellent and the room was above average, however, the hallways didn't seem super clean... there were something like bleach marks and worn out areas of the carpeting. There is an ice maker with a sign that says don't use a cooler and right next to it. There is a vending machine that is completely empty which looks very cheap. The couches in the lobby are well worn, the exterior of the building and the bedrooms are pretty. There are no amenities like a bar, restaurant, somewhere to walk to, a pool or hot tub. Although the staff were amazing, I'm used to being pampered with all the things... $200 Canadian dollars for one night with one bed...

I recently stayed at Hôtel Brossard and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with every detail meticulously attended to, which made for a very comfortable stay. The service was outstanding across the board, but a special mention must go to Ramzi, whose friendliness and welcoming attitude truly stood out. He made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend Hôtel Brossard to anyone visiting Montreal; it’s a fantastic choice for both cleanliness and excellent service.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!nnI stayed at this hotel with the hope of a comfortable stay, but it turned out to be a nightmare. I specifically requested housekeeping and room cleaning when I left the room at 8:00 AM. Knowing their policy of cleaning the room only after two days of check-in, I made multiple reminders to ensure the room would be cleaned. Yet, when I returned after a long, exhausting day, I was shocked to find the room and bathroom in a completely unacceptable, filthy condition.nnThe room was in such a bad state that it was hard to believe I was staying at a hotel. To make matters worse, when I complained to the receptionist, instead of arranging for immediate housekeeping, he casually offered me sheets to make the bed myself! This is utterly unprofessional and not what I expect from any hotel, no matter the star rating.nnThere is absolutely no housekeeping service here, and you’ll be left feeling disappointed and frustrated. Save yourself the trouble and avoid staying here – your happy mood will quickly turn sour once you return to such a pathetic room after a long day of travel or meetings.nnStay away from this place!

Hotel Brossard is a very nice hotel, the room we stayed in on the 3rd floor was spacious and comfortable with a nice size comfortable couch and a small bench to put your shoes on or place a suitcase. The bathroom is spacious with a nice size shower with double doors for easy entry. The water pressure could have been better but it was adequate and there was plenty of hot water.nThis hotel is across the river from Montreal which allows easy access to site seeing and shopping. The hotel had plenty of free parking which is hard to find with hotels in this area. We had a very pleasant stay for three nights.nI would definitely go back to this Hotel if we were visiting Montreal.

Booked the hotel for a 3 night stay while visiting Montreal.nnProsn- great location with easy access to downtown Montrealn- free parking includedn- breakfast included*nnConsn- No room service for the entire 3 nights despite asking the front desk to ensure we get room service on the 2nd day. This was extremely disappointing.n- Breakfast is average at best, eggs tasted like powdered eggs, served in small dining arean- The hotel turns on exterior lights at night that are directly above the windows and extremely bright yet the black out curtains don’t reach the floor which defeats the whole purpose of the blackout curtains as the light still comes through at the bottom.n- AC in room didn’t work properlyn- Pillows are not supportive at all and linens/towels were not in the best of shape.nnOverall a decent hotel but not one that I’d recommend.
