Benjamin Moore Westview

I went to this location excited to ask about paint and wallpaper for redoing my kitchen. I had heard good things about the store and the selection and planned to take some time there and likely purchase paint. However, I was in the store for quite a while looking at paint samples and waiting to ask for help with the wallpaper books and like a previous reviewer here has said before, no one helped me and the staff at the counter actually proceeded to help two people that came in after me instead. I got no eye contact from anyone, no greeting, no service. I waited a while to see if I'd be helped or at least acknowledged as staff walked by me and other customers finished up what they were in there for. Nope. Not the best experience. I wouldn't recommend this store if you're looking for staff that want to help you.

I have been going to Benjamin Moore Westview for over 15 years. Hands down the best service you can get! Staff is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. If you need high quality paint and extremely high quality service, there is no other choice! Thanks guys for always taking great care of me.

Picked up some paint for my business and Curtis was extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole transaction. He did an excellent job educating me on the differences between certain brands which allowed for me to purchase the right product for myself. I highly recommend anyone who is in the market for paint to shop here!

As a first time painter, giving my home a makeover was a daunting idea. But I’m so glad I came across this store. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. The knowledge and advice that the staff provided me really made it a seamless process! The staff were patient and guided me through the ranges of products. They even helped me pick out a shade of paint that I absolutely love! I would definitely recommend a visit here for your next home project!

I’ve purchased a lot of paint throughout the years from a paint shop in East Van and Home Depot. This time my girlfriend suggested that I try Benjamin Moore. She told me that after 10 years with 3 kids, her house still looks new. As a result, I decided to give them a try. I called Benjamin Moore Westview and spoke to Curtis. I told him what I am painting and he had everything organized for me...as he knew exactly how much paint I needed. All I had to do was drive up to the store and they loaded up my van. When I arrived, I also realized that I needed paint for another one bedroom suite. Curtis had his interior team help me choose a color. The service was amazing.. Benjamin Moore Westview is my go to paint shop from now on and I would highly recommend them!

Went here to buy a few buckets of paint during the whole covid mess and I’d have to say, this BM location does it right!!!! Curtis was highly accommodating and ensured the safety of me and other customers waiting in line and provided amazing service once inside. I felt safe shopping here and highly recommend this Benjamin Moore location when you’re on the north shore! Cheers

Best service and products hands down! I DIY and over the years purchased from "other competitors", however .... as I always thought BM paint was on the pricier side it was well worth it. The paint quality IS SUPERIOR. The paint and the finish they recommended specifically in my halls and high traffic area looks amazing and lux. I went in earlier today for swatches and wall paper, spent hours in the store without being hassled. All questions asked even with pricing and recommendations. Thank you for tolerating me and welcoming me while I made decisions with my McDonalds breakfast. I had a blast considering home updates are usually confusing.

Amazing service and knowledge! Super friendly staff, always willing to help out and always make sure you know all the right steps and have the right equipment. To top it off, they also have the best quality of paints to be found.

Excellent service! Curtis went above and beyond even recommending colours for my condo walls he’s never seen. He took the time to visualize my space and gave me colours I should work with. The whole team from start to finish were friendly and welcoming. I’m so happy I stopped in while passing by. Thanks again for talking me out of my feature wall!
