Tom Lee Music North Vancouver

I went to this location to get my guitar repaired and Paul in the repair shop gave me an exceptional customer service. He brought me into the shop and clearly explained what needs to be done and even though he seemed to have a very busy schedule he had my guitar fixed by the end of the day. My guitar looks brand new again and he went as far as cleaning and tuning it! Overall I was extremely happy with his services. He is a professional, passionate guy and he knows a lot about instruments. I would recommend him to anyone needing similar services without a doubt! Thank You Paul!

When I went there the store was nice and everything was good but there was a small problem This guy sold me a speaker, microphone and cords for my DJ turntable but what happened is that he sold me the wrong stuff and told me the wrong things. Of course I don’t know anything about music so I just agreed. When I got home I tried to plug everything in but as soon as I hooked up the stereo and tried to plug in my board, there was no plug in for what he sold me. Then I tried to hook up the mic to the stand and that didn’t work. The only thing I could do was speak into the mic through the stereo. Not very useful. But thanks for the try.

Nice little shop with good people. When my guitars need work, I make the trip over from Nanaimo to see Paul Iverson. I can trust Paul to care for my guitars like they were his own.

All the Staff are great people! Paul Iverson did some work to my '59 Les Paul and I have never heard a guitar ring so beautifully and perfect in my life and I've played for 40 years! I've been to every other Luthier in Vancouver and will always bring my guitars to Paul for all my repairs and adjustments from now on. I am very happy with how my guitar is dialed in now!!!

Staff have always been very helpful and friendly. Store could use some higher end bass guitars.
