Active Baby

I was looking to buy shower gifts for our niece. She was registered elsewhere but I wanted to see if I could find the items in North Vancouver. The 2 women in the store were lovely and very helpful. I showed them Michelle's wish list and they quickly moved through the store gathering some of the items. I would recommend the store for products and service.. Brenda Santaga

I was very happy with Alissa as she was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my choice of stroller. She was very patient with me as I can be very picky especially given this is our first child and overall I had a great experience at the store. I ordered my Uppababy stroller & car seat plus you get rewards points so you can put towards the accessaries.

I was looking for a specific item in a specific print that I couldn't get in my area, and Active Baby had it. I spoke with a very pleasant friendly lady on the phone at their North Van location, who offered to order it for me from their other store. She also let me know I could order it online. I ordered it online, and the process was smooth and easy. My item shipped within one business day, arrived in perfect condition, and they didn't even charge me shipping! I would definitely order from there again. The price was just as low as Amazon as well.

Beyond happy with this store! I live in a remote location and I ordered the uppababy stroller and car seat on Thursday night and it arrived in Stewart on Monday! Awesome service! Will order from Active Baby again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend this place!!

Challenging customer service. Received a gift card from a friend as a baby shower gift and the store doesn't recognize the card, can't track the number that it is attached to in their system and then ask me to leave the card. Not going to happen because I am sure they will end up losing that as well. I have to get my friend to track down the credit card statement to hopefully prove things and in the end, I am still stuck purchasing something from their store, which, I now resent having to do. Update: following the negative review, they continue to attempt to resolve the issue. Update 2: issue resolved but will not return. Prices too high and not willing to risk further issues.
