I felt the guy I was talking to was VERY pushy and was trying too hard to make a sale. I went in there to require about a phone/plan, and right away he starts asking me about my internet service with rogers. He wasn't friendly at all. He went from trying to sale me a phone to internet, and then to a phone and a tablet. I felt like he wasnt going to to take no for an answer. And every time I would say no he always came back with a why? He then starts asking about my boyfriend (who wasnt even there with me)phone plane trying to get him to switch over to bell and asking me about his internet service! Was not impressed with this bell store at all! Way to pushy!

Tom exceeded my expectations when updating my account, and setting up a new phone & new plan. Explained everything very well, including options and alternatives, friendly and helpful, and no surprises at checkout.

Horrible results from nice people. Bought iPhones on bell plan. Everything about the benefits of bell plan was poorly explained or misrepresented. Business plans only any good for large companies but but rep bragged about all the benefits for small business. There are none. Bell warranty does not cover iPhone accessories like the earbuds and chargers where applecare does. Not explained. No call backs when promised. Three visits to try to get screen protector replaced under promised warranty. Covers never in stock. Promised call upon deliver of covers never received. Called owning company and inspire of senior manager assurance, no follow up was ever received. Nice people but poorly trained on the products and warranties and the manager is ineffective. Go somewhere else.

worst customer service , most of the time they NEVER answer their phone??? hire more competent employees , over they last 8 years when i go in to the store a couple time a yeas and most staff will not smile , say hi nothing very sad , this why i took my cell to Telus they rick !
