Great experience. Mike was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful while I built a custom necklace. I never felt pressured or rushed for a sale. Disclosed all prices and taxes ahead of time with no surprises.

Mike always does a great job and is more than fair in terms of pricing. He is a perfectionist who truly puts his heart into his work. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent service and dealing with the owner was easy, a very nice guy and helped alot with my purchase and I took some older pieces in for repair as well.  I highly recommend this shop.
