Very impressed. Great section of BBQs in s variety of pricing for everyone. A great selection of bbq tools and toys. Our csr was kind, knowledgable and took the time to walk us through a selection of product.

Definitely a place to check out for your barbecue needs! They've a wide selection, including kitchenware, spices, etc. I believe you can find anything you're looking for here! Staff are welcoming and friendly. I didn't even know this place existed but I'm so glad I do now!

We had an amazing experience at Barbecue World in Kanata. We were in the market for a new BBQ and had decided on a model at Costco but wanted to check in with a few other stores. The staff here were helpful without being "in your face", they were knowledgable from start to finish and compared the Costco model to their in-store models and gave us details and information that were unclear online. They had a great promo running and we got some fun accessories for our new BBQ. Thanks to all the staff in the showroom and in the pick-up area. We have had many yummy meals on our new BBQ already. Looking forward to our next visit.

For all your barbeque needs come here. I doubt they'd be missing anything you're looking for. They probably even have a few things you wouldn't expect. This is absolutely the place to go for die hard barbecuers. Definitely check this place out!

I would love to give them more than 5 stars. We just moved to Ottawa from BC so I needed new equipment. I started my journey at the "other guys" because of their TV ads but I was so disgusted with them we left. We went straight to Barbecue World in Kanata. The staff at Barbecue World are friendly, helpful, professional and treat you more like a friend than a customer. The store is bright and clean. Jon, Jordan and Robert made my shopping experience really pleasant and I was very happy to spend $7K on a new Timberline and a new Napoleon. If you need anything BBQ, this is the best place to get it.

My father and I bought a Traeger pellet smoker here this weekend and the service was exceptional. Tim, in particular, was very friendly, had thorough knowledge of all the products we asked about, listened to what we wanted, and was patient with our many questions. His love of cooking clearly showed with the enthusiasm with which he told barbecuing and smoking stories and suggested recipes. He even encouraged us to come back to tell him about our cooking adventures and to ask questions if we need to. Thanks, Tim!

I found the staff very helpful. The sales rep Sharf was very patient, had the answer to all my questions and then sold me on how fun the cooking classes are. I'm very thankful to be so close to an awesome establishment like this. The cooking class was amazing! I would definitely recommend trying it to anyone who enjoys learning about cooking or who wants to kick they're grill game up!

We found them very helpful getting us the BBQ that best suited our needs. No pressure or trying to up sell. They also gave us a great referral for a gas fitter to install a natural gas line. JP Bedford did a great job at very reasonable rates. No more lugging around propane tanks!

Great place. Lots of options and accessories. Knowledgeable staff. BUT... after talking with people and finding a BBQ I liked, they did not have one in stock. And it was 4-6 weeks for delivery. And this was just a mid range common BBQ. So Summer is over by the time I get that BBQ . Found a similar BBQ at Lowes and had it on the spot.

We’ve had excellent service from purchasing our gas fire place, to installation and follow up. We had Jordan come out today because we had a small glitch. He made sure everything was working! Highly recommend this store! Very personable and helpful staff
