I have been in business for many years and have never had a better provider experience than at The UPS STORE in Kanata. Both the people and the service are above and beyond the call of duty. Extremely helpful and considerate. Although I understand that some may have had an unpleasant experience with a delivery or a shipment with UPS directly, The UPS Stores are independently owned and operated by a local business owner and a "franchisee" and have little control over deliveries, trucks and logistics outside of the store.

I would give no star if possible. The worst ever. I paid $88 for express service and it has been delayed for a week! Unbelievable!

Amazing service and customer support. I've been a customer for over 5 years, never had a parcel lost or misplaced.
