Staples

This store has no purpose. I tried to use their Copy Centre yesterday, to get 4 labels printed. This would have taken a max of 5 minutes to complete. But instead of helping me the employee insisted on citing policy and giving me reasons to bring my business elsewhere. I see no reason to return to Staples. If they cannot complete a basic 5 minute printing job, one of their competitors will.

Staff not helpful. Got better service from a Bestbuy Web page. Update: Asked for electronic receipt instead of paper: two weeks later, four email requests, and call to customer service, still no resolution. This is the reason why Staples has shut down a number of stores in Canada - no service. Do NOT shop here. UPDATE: Today is Jan 17th, 2018 and just got my eReceipt from Staples for my purchase on Nov 23rd, 2017. 55 days later, omg, lol.

I had coloured copies printed and laminating done. The customer service was excellent (very knowledgeable and friendly) and so was the quality of both jobs. I will definitely come back and spread the word.
