Terrible experience! I needed a carpet off the wall and waited over 30 minutes just to get help. The price was marked at $129.99, and I double-checked with the guy who was going to remove it because it was cheaper than other similar carpets—he confirmed it was $130.nnWhen I got to the cashier, though, it rang up as $200! I explained the listed price, but the cashier said it's coming up for $200 and suggested I talk to the manager. After another 20-minute wait for the manager, he refused to honor the listed price. During the conversation with the manager, it was apparent he could’ve honored the price but just chose not to.nnWe had spent over $500 on other items and we’re regulars at HomeSense, but after this, we're definitely not returning to this location.

Went in yesterday to this location that I spend alot of money at. Bought a quilt , the size was labeled wrong and had to drive back to return. Three more of the same item labeled wrong and finally found one that was correct . I go up to cash to be told it is $20 more dollars because the price wss also marked wrong. I'm sorry I just had to drive back to the store and was inconvenienced because your items are marked wrong and now I'm to pay more ? As I was leaving the supervisor and the cashier were talking about me and laughing, I will make sure not to shop here anymore and will also be letting others know . The customer service is terrible at this location

Good selection and prices on holidays decor, some nice Christmas tree ornaments made of real glass too.
