Hands down best place in Dartmouth or Halifax to have a drink. The staff and fantastic and fun to chat with. The beer selection is second to none. They have one of the best craft beer selections in the city. 

The backyard patio has its own bar and lots of seating. 

The food menu is small but big on flavor. 

The atmosphere is great, but it can get loud. So if you're looking for a quiet place, this might not be it.

Staff knew their beer and recommended confidently. Selection was 100% local. Atmosphere was unique and fun for groups and couples. Great events (Monday’s are Adult LEGO night)

Absolutely one of the best burger plates in the city. David, one of the Cook's,  knows what he's doing. Highly recommended to try the multiple different types of ale,stout,ciders and more. And the food is excellent.

The food and atmosphere here are lovely. It's busier in the evening, so I prefer lunches. Highly recommended!

I've been here 4 or 5 times and I've been pleased each and every time. Great selection of beers and great food. The burger tonight was one of the best I've eve had. The most consistent aspect has been the service- some of the best severs ever- friendly, knowledgeable and prompt- my new fav spot!
