Rich, high quality hot chocolate made like in Europe. 10/10 coming back for this alone!!nnCustard egg tart was on the sweeter side, but just the right amount of flakiness to the crust. 9/10nnBrightly lit, airy and sophisticated interiors. Small tables for a solo coffee break but slightly larger dining area also available. Great study spot! 10/10

I was pleasantly surprised to find such an exquisite and authentic Italian café and bistro in the northern part of town. The attention to detail in both the food and presentation is remarkable. I loved their dishes and the beautiful plating. If the music were just a bit quieter, it would be absolutely perfect.

This is by far one of the best cafes. I loved the friendly atmosphere and nice people who work here, especially Roger and the lady who works as a cashier. Their CAFFÈ LATTE CON PANNA and Pistachio croissant was good. Washrooms and tables are clean. Great air conditioning and clean kitchen.nI would recommend to print all the menu in one sheet not several separately sheets. There was a menu of coffees missing.

It was a very nice time at Bòn Italia, it's a beautiful and welcoming place.nThe beverage and the sandwiches were great and the servers Eric and Robert were great, the only thing was the long time taken between our matcha beverages and the sandwiches.nBut the time was worth it as the place is really good.

I hate this place because it’s not close enough to where I live.nnThe caffè crema is the best in town and food is delicious. Panini is a must try! They’ve got great taste, and it shows in their interior design, coffee quality, and menu selection. Deborah is amazing, her attitude and enthusiasm are the cherry on top!nnPlease open your next location in Etobicoke!!!
