Fast, friendly, and fresh. Love the nuggets and cheese dip!

Employees here are awesome, especially the cashier! She’s very friendly and welcoming, and gave me a good flavor recommendation for my pretzel. Even when the place is busy and there’s a line, things go smoothly and move fast. Lemonade here is super refreshing.

Closed 20 minutes earlier than what was listed. Sign says 6pm but they closed at 5:40pm at the station near Macy and they’re too busy playing on their phone while one person cleans

I love the pretzel bite they are amazing I just can’t get enough give me more we need more locations they are too good we need more please corporate make restaurants with drive throughs I would buy and I know many others who would agree!

I love stopping last the mall JUST for a pretzel. I always ask for zero salt so I always end up waiting for mine to be made. No problem. It's worth the wait.

While the pretzels were fresh and tasty, the people working there were apparently being lazy or trying to hurry too much. They threw 3 fresh, hot, buttery pretzels into a bag without putting each into separate wrappers. This caused them to soak completely through the flimsy paper bag as we walked to our car and they almost fell on the ground.

Disappointed to arrive a few minutes before closing and be told by employees that they had just thrown all the pretzels in the garbage. I asked why and they simply said that their manager "CJ" told them to. What I should have done ismdemand thatnthey make me the pretzels I briskly walked all the way across the mall to order before closing time. Never. Close. Early. Especially when it is a fair weather day in CNY. Had I had the opportunity to enjoy a pretzel, or had the employees offered to make my pretzels despite just tossing and wasting whatever pretzels were already made, then I quite possibly given this review 4 or 5 stars.

The gentleman cashier was absolutely miserable when I said what I wanted he proceeded to roll his eyes at me when I asked for a moment as the menu is placed on the opposite side of the register away from immediate view pretzels were cold and obviously old and frozen lemonade was 95% strawberry syrup which to say the least is not in any way good tasting definitely won't waste my money here again

Today I stopped at the Destiny Mall, Syracuse, NY and while there picked up an original pretzel and a fountain drink. After a very long wait in line, I was told that there was no ice for my drink but was assured the drink would be cold. I left the Mall right after that and went directly to my car at which time I realized the drink was very warm. My first bite into the pretzel revealed a dough that was not quite cooked. Most of the pretzel was mushy and had a very yeasty taste to it. I threw it away! Very disappointing!
