Big portion of fried chicken and fries, tasted okay though. I love the chicken burger but the bread was cold. Good and friendly service

"Love that chicken from Popeyes!" It's not just a slogan, it's a reality. Their fried chicken is excellent and they have lots of tasty side dishes to choose from. The restaurant is a little short staffed so the wait can be longer than usual but that's true of so many places these days. The staff are very friendly, helpful and responsive.

It doesn’t matter what time you order, this location always disappoints. I know it’s busy but id rather wait long and actually have what I ordered. How do you give someone a combo without the side or drink? Just chicken. At that point could have just canceled my delivery.

Food is great. Service is super slow inside so use the drive through. I watched everyone working there have animated conversations about everything, except serving three customers in line. I ordered on the app and waited 10 minutes before they acknowledged me and “found the order”.Recommended dishesChicken Sandwich

Ordered at drive thru window. Had to pull up beyond pickup window for order. Waited 8 minutes for a few chicken nuggets. Employee who brought them out was scary looking with a snarl on her face. Cashier at payment window called me "young lady" several times. Disturbing visit...Food: 4/5

I had placed an uber eats order for pickup. Upon arrival at the restaurant there was only 1 staff member working the register, 1 staff member at the drive thru, and 3 in the kitchen. There were about 4 people waiting in line. I ended up having to wait 20 minutes for my uber eats food, which should have been ready by the time I arrived. This establishment is clearly understaffed and it is negatively affecting their business. Several customers walked out since the line was moving so slowly.

The chicken was greasy and cold. The soda machine was almost completely sold out. When the staff was alerted to the situation the didn't seem to care and took no corrective action. We won't be going back.Food: 1/5

Chicken was dry and hard no flavor. Beans and rice were not hot. Biscuit was fair. Been to many Popeyes. Soda machine was broken last month and still broken. Customers can tell this location can care less. Service person tried hard, but when you have to serve garbage and smile, it's tough Never going back to this location. Gross.

Drove 20 mins to this place, when I got there at 10:22 PM, their door was locked. Even though their sign says they closed at 11 PM. The drive through was super long and slow. I gave up and turned away. It's ridiculous, if your lobby close at a certain time, LET IT BE KNOWN ONLINE, SO PEOPLE KNOW WHAT TO DO!Food: 1/5

My mother & I have been to this Popeyes twice in the past month. Despite being extremely busy & dealing with a long line that included a ride customer, the employees were efficient & courteous. I was very impressed with how well they held things together during a stressful dinner rush. The chicken tenders were very good! Kid-friendliness: The 3piece chicken tender meal is big enough for 2 small kids to split however there are kids meals included on the menu. Parking: The easiest way to enter the drive line is by turning into Popeyes from the street behind it, away from Erie Boulevard. There is parking spots along the side facing Advance Auto Zone.
