Been here a few times. The actual food is good, but don't match the price. Could get better food with better price in many casual dining restaurants. The cheesecake though, is something to look forward to. The Mango and Lime/Lemon was extremely delicious and refreshing, and of course let's not forget their original strawberry cheesecake. The Hershey chocolate cheesecake is something I won't try again as it seemed too heavy. Regular black coffee is average and expensive. All visits have been good experiences overall.
First time here with my family. We went because of mom's birthday. She wanted to go here. We made reservations online. The time we went was at 11:30am when they first opened. The food was amazing. Everything there is home made and fresh. They don't use anything store bought and that were not lying especially when you take the first bite into your food. The food on the menu can be a little pricey but it's worth it. We did not eat the cheesecake there but we did take it home because we were so full. Customer service was great as well. Very friendly staff. Our server answered all of questions and took care of us well. She also brought out a little birthday sundae out to my mom. With everything said I would definitely go back and recommend this restaurant hands down.
Staff is courteous and friendly. Wait times can be excessive. Make reservations in advance if possible. Bread service before meal is a definite plus. Excellent variety of alcoholic beverages available. Portion sizes are mostly worth the money spent burger was on the small side. Do not indulge in their cheesecake if you're counting calories. Their cheesecake is unparalleled and very delicious. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp entrance.
I am not one for food chain restaurants so I was pleasantly surprised when I tried my meal that turned out to be delicious. I am a mashed potato freak. I got a side of mashed to try. They were cool in temperature, been sitting to come out I would say, but they were very good and flavorful. Mashed with red skins. I had fish tacos. There were 4. Fish was bland but the ingredients came together nicely and pickled radishes complimented the tacos. Side of black beans and rice were okay. Cilantro in the rice, which to me tastes like soap, unfortunately. My Mom had a Belgian waffle and fried chicken strips served with warm maple syrup. She raved how good it all was. I tried the waffle. It was light, fluffy and had a nice light, sweet flavor. No maple syrup really needed as the waffle was that good on its own. Food prices are reasonable and serving sizes are generous. Just watch out for the alcohol drinks! No prices listed on their drink menu, I didn't inquire when I ordered two margaritas. When I got the bill I discovered the 'Rita's were $16.50 each! Service was okay. We did feel a bit crammed in a small spot but they were busy on a Friday before the holidays. I must try this place again. All the food coming out looked fresh and plentiful. I had the key lime cheesecake to go. It was creamy with a very refreshing key lime flavor and creamy texture. It lived up to the restaurant chain's name!
If I could give a zero star rating I would. Usually we’re major fans of the plethora of food Cheesecake Factory offers, but this one night was maybe the worst dining experience I’ve had in my life. My waitress was aloof, not only botched our orders and didn’t come to our table for 20 minutes after being seated. When she finally came back to us she didn’t apologize but rather blamed the kitchen. This was a random Wednesday night at 7 pm. They were not packed or overwhelmed from what we could see. Our food decided to come out all at once, appetizers and entrees - mostly cold and felt like it was just sitting under a heat lamp forgotten. They didn’t include all the ingredients in our meals and we requested to speak with the manager. The manager Ryan, was abrasive, stand-offish and did not want to accommodate for our terrible experience. After a 15 minute conversation he finally tried to make amends but it wasn’t until we mentioned our cousin works at the Cheesecake Factory and we’ve been there numerous times without issue. Sad to say it was a terrible experience - I’m hopeful this was an anomaly
I had the Thai coconut lime chicken here and it was good. The service was OK and the place was great. I see a lot of bad reviews for this eatery but I think the experience actually depends on the time of day. I typically dine here or order takeout and there are really some instances that the service is not good. The food also sometimes taste like typical restaurant food without anything unique from it which is somethign you would expect because of the price. But yeah, my point is it depends on the time of day or day of the week.
Came here on a busy Saturday night, was told that there would be a 15-20 minute wait, checked again after 20 mins, was told it would be a few minutes more, ended up waiting an hour total. I was then told they were not seating anyone anymore perhaps they forgot about us, after a few minutes the front desk person spoke with management and we were finally seated. The food was flavorful and the portions are large but the food was mostly lukewarm. The waiter was friendly and we left a good tip, but the overall experience was not positive.
We called ahead for reservations cause the online way was out of order, which benefited us with our wait time. Crazy busy being at destiny mall but worked thru the crowd. We ordered a kids entree and two adult entree and one appetizer and waters to drink plus our two cheese cake slices that we got to go just under 100 dollars without tip. The food was phenomenal ate every bite and the cheese cake is the best selection in the world. Will definitely be a lifetime customer for the food. Kid-friendliness: We got a booth in a corner area of restaurant, and our son did great job with staying with us and not being to loud and crazy. Also saw alot of baby's and you get children around also.
Great food, but we took cheesecake to go. I ordered the Bang-Bang Chicken and Shrimp, my husband had the Chicken Parmesan Pizza Style. Both meals were excellent. My only issue was there was no social distancing. Tables were right on top of each other and mask wearing wasn't enforced. That was the only down side.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: NoCurbside pickup: Yes
Sunday Afternoon Brunch 12pm EST. Service was definitely lacking, waited to be seated and waited nearly the same amount of time for a drink order. Once we ordered it didn't take long for the food to arrive. Food however is always good, never been let down. If you dine in, I'd request a table instead of booth. As the booths can be a bit uncomfortable for longer stays.
