I love their food but their service leaves a lot to be to be desired. I really wish they'd be friendly to customers. You are often meant to feel unwelcome by the staff.Food: 5/5
If I'm being honest, the subs are just OK. The price isn't bad, and I do like the subs but its nothing special

Ordered 2 regular tuna subs and got charged $3.00 for extra cheese and did not order it ???
Sub was fast and good, just like normal jj but the staff barely acknowledged my presence, when I got my sub I didn’t get any napkins and when I ask the girl behind the counter told me they were on the other side or the counter and just reach over to grab them.
Sign on door says store opens at 10:30. Show up at 10:48 and workers have doors locked laughing at us through the glass. No reasoning, still making sandwiches. Very unprofessional.
I got my normal beach club sub, which was good and consistent with all JJ's I've been too. My issue with the location was the service, even though I was the only one there at the time, I was not acknowledged by either employee, and they were engaged in their own conversation while cashing me out. Mop bucket was out in front of the register and had a weird smell.
Terrible! for 40$ I got two nasty subs.. they didn't have banna peppers! One sub was drenched in mayo, after asking for lite mayo. The second sub was sooo salty and the mustard blend sauce was gross..
They deliver to my work by bicycle in less than 14 minutes every time I order. That's incredible! Rain, snow, sleet or hail they show up without fail. I wish I could tailor my sandwiches a little bit more but I'm sure If everybody did that the speedy delivery time would be delayed. They also have a consistent product. I do feel obligated to leave a bigger tip because the people ride a bike up a big hill back to the store.
good subs as normal but damn, this ordering guy who has been working there a while needs an attitude adjustment. I'd say its a bad day but its not the first time this person has given attitude. he yelled at another customer about the fountain machine not working properly. Didn't answer a simple question and just looked off with a scowl on his face as if we were bothering him. Doesn't belong in customer service.
