From someone that's driven the several hours for a Philly steak in the past, to discovering Charley's, a much closer to home location. I'd eat here again. Food was perfect. Ordering was a little rough, in a packed food court they have to speak up a bit more. But overall wasn't terrible or worth rating down for.Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes
Okay! I thought I would Sneak up on these Charleys Cheesesteaks Staff Before the Lunch Noon hour……see if they’ll provide great food and service! Outstanding!! Absolutely Fantastic Cheesesteak sandwich and polite - prompt service Once Again!
Customer Service was great. And staff handled the line very well. Food was Fresh &Delicious
I ordered chicken and steak sub but the grill person touches the chicken and steak without using tongs for me that’s considered a cross contamination but the lady I think she is a manager or owner her name is Ting or Tengdid not even corrected the issue. Charley’s corporate need to address this problem.
Since ya dont wanna answer the phones make sure ya run me my coins tomorrow for my food, ya put stuff on my sandwich I’m allergic too after it was asked to be off it so make sure ya run me my money back !
Overall very solid, a little pricy but you get what you pay for. Food was delicious and filling. Pro tip: get the bacon and cheese fries.Food: 5/5
Great food. Just wish the prices weren't going up. You can't eat here for less than $15 now. Minimum.
Excellent food and staff. The young man cooking handled a busy time very well and changed his gloves when necessary. I always watch out for that before ordering.
