Cinnabon

Employees here are on something else. Every time I go there’s some issue with my order, a few times I’ve gone in and ordered the Oreo chillata just for the different employees working to make the drink wrong and explain that basically they don’t know how to make it properly . Today the girl was super rude when I told her which bun I wanted, unwarrentedly telling me “just so you know I’m only letting you pick because it’s slow” and going on and on about how if it wasn’t I wouldn’t be able to pick and that customers have been getting mad about it, as if I asked and cared about how other customers have responded to something all of the employees let customers do.

The Bon-Bites were absolutely delicious!! Cinnabon has the best baked goods, i'll stop here again very soon!

Mouth watering, candied coated, sugar layered, honeyed, sweetened sweet rolled treats, glimmering glaze, memorizing coffees plus lovely lemonades, whatever comes to mind, to bet you'll feel it at Cinnabon!

The smell alone pulls you in!! Delicious treats that are a little on the pricy side, but its def well worth it in the end as its so good and so tasty. Service was a little slow and the people working werent the friendliest, but everyone has an off day

They’re okay. Their icing is cream cheese based so make sure you are okay with that. Got 10 cinnamon sticks but was charged for 2 five piece orders instead of 1 ten. After I realized it, the store became incredibly busy so it wasn’t worth the 2 dollars to hold everybody up, but still… little sketchy.

This place is unprofessional and unsanitary and the staff is rude and incompetent un trained . Several time i see the manager eating cinamin rolls while cooking. Dont use or clean gloves between cash transation an serving food . The manager is an older woman with brown and blonde highlights and glasses she needs to work on her manners if she isnt having a good day everyday then quit and keep your rude attitude at home. I go there often and see the same things even the staff cursing becuase the register went down in front of children . Im not difficult to give service too but everytime i go there is so much drama i want to pay and leave and enjoy my food. This establishment is failing becuase of this management .

Love this place. The center of the roll is my favorite.

Mmmmmmm that yummy cinnamon smell Visited! Visited for the second time in 6 weeks. The store looks clean and the employees were friendly. No one else was inside to purchase while we were there. You could see the cinnamon s coming out of the oven and/or being frosted.....there were dozens! What are they doing with all of those?!

It's Cinnabon, it's delicious... but the atmosphere in the store was very tense between workers, which made it awkward to be in. Got the buns and left quickly. Disheartening I guess, but maybe it was a one time thing, who knows...

Stepped inside. Tried to look at the menu, but the advertisement that was playing over it kept us from seeing it. The lady running register was trying to rush us and incredibly impatient when I asked about prices. Ended up paying $6 for something I not only didnt want, but became hard as a rock before I could get around to eating it.
