Insomnia Cookies

The cookies were good, but I ordered a loaded brownie for a DoorDash order and they gave me brownie batter, promise to partially refund me, and never did.

When they’re warm they are delicious… unfortunately due to COVID alot of supply issues with a few varieties, sometimes they DELIVER them kinda hard depending if ordering times! Def best to visit in person for freshness! Otherwise very good!

If you don't know how to bake, then these cookies will be good for you. They are on the expensive side. Good service at this location. For me, I'm the curmudgeon that just grumbles that he could just bake cookies of similar quality at home.

After working here, I know this location is not sanitary. There were multiple occasions where staff members never washed hands after a smoke break and did not sanitize equipment. I think it's an expensive ”ice cream” or ”cookie” shop that does not respect its employees or the cleanliness of fast food service. Simply complain to corporate Insomnia if this store messes up because they do and even when working there I experienced many calls from the actions of coworkers being unprofessional.

The cookies were really good but when we picked up our order 1 cookie was missing and the girl behind the counter had a serious attitude. Definitely recommend trying the cookies regardless of the experience but double check your orders before you leave

I thought the peanut butter chip cookie was excellent. The young lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. I did not know they did delivery until I saw someone come back with a car delivery sign. Who orders cookies for delivery, I didn't know that was a thing.

Great cookies! They were warm when I got them and tasted amazing. They were all out of brownies when I went.

I stopped in for some deluxe cookies for my wife. They didn't have a full dozen cooked and ready to go, but they were willing and able to cook a full dozen for my order. Thank you! #happywifehappylife #cookies

Second best cookies I’ve had. Crumble is better in my opinion , but they have a more wide variety!!

Cookies were good but they were out of a majority of the deluxe selection and the cashier didn't look up from her phone. Fine cookies, trash customer service.
