Au Bon Pain

Had a couple of sandwiches and 2 iced coffees and it was $30. The sandwiches were okay but nothing special. The iced coffee was supposed to be with whole milk and I watched the guy put in 2%. They were mostly milk with a hint of coffee. First and last time I'll visit this place.

Ordered a sandwich that was very good. The service was fast & the place was clean, following Covid guidelines. Tables labeled sanitized, mask required by all and markings on the floor for social distancing.

I just left a bad review for Panera Bread, and it made me think of how this place deserves more credit. The ordering system is simple, it's about the same price, and the food is satisfying unlike the $10 finger sandwiches at Panera. Keep up the great work!

Came in 2 hours after opening. Open sign was off. Both employees were sitting around doing nothing. The baked goods weren’t stocked. Half of the bread was stale, and we had to change our orders. Everything was still wrapped from the night before. It’s a joke. Don’t go here.

Worst ABP I’ve ever been to. We got there three hours after it opened and the “Open” sign was still turned off. Walked in and the staff were either hiding in the back or sitting around at tables on their phones. Ciabatta was hard as a rock the lady making my sandwich threw the ciabatta at the wall to demonstrate that and the other breads were all frozen. The place looks like it’s ready to go out of business - empty and dead. Definitely never coming back.

Food was great, but terrible service. Tom Schwarz is always here working and he’s very rude to everyone plus he constantly makes sandwiches wrong. I hate his rude comments and his lack of enthusiasm at work. If he doesn’t like it here he should quit because he ruins the whole aesthetic of this reasturant.

Nice area, nice clean establishment, but they are NOT newbie friendly. So confusing. XD I was wandering like a weirdo for five minutes and there wasn't anything posted to tell how things worked. There's a slip system or something, and you have to buy a sandwich or salad, fill out a slip, pick out what extra stuff you want, and take it to where's the cash register?!. Now I'm hangry. Pardon me while I find another place. I want my chai latte, darn it!

A campus location that is open to the public. Can be a bit confusing for their "flow" but the food and service is great!

I paid $6 for a tiny “grilled cheese” the sandwich was lukewarm and soggy : not grilled at all. I could have just flushed $6 down the toilet and that would have been a better use of my money.

One and Only good food choice in carrol university. This place is closings for good. University should look out for students.
