Stopped in for a late lunch, not very busy, bar was closed and alcoholic beverages were unavailable, we are assuming there was no bartender working. Took a bit to get sat, apparently there was only one young girl working. She was only seating in one small section, of which 2 tables were seated and the other 4 were dirty. She quickly cleaned one for us and got our drinks immediately. We did the 2 for $10 lunch deal, which was a great deal. Started with a bowl of soup, though it was definitely NOT a full bowl, we had the chicken enchilada soup, it was delicious, but just warm, not hot. I had the spicy shrimp tacos, they also were barely warm, had good flavor, but were not spicy in the least! The tortilla chips and salsa were great. We also had the chicken chipotle bowl, this was spicy, but great flavor! Bathrooms were not clean, but we’ve definitely seen worse. All in all the food was ok, server was very nice and efficient. They are clearly struggling in the help department so I’m sure we will give them another try.
Service was not great on a Friday night. The hosts were a bit absent-minded and careless they almost seated people at our table, not realizing we were still there, and the servers did not check us regularly. They even forgot the people across from us for a good while. When they were at our table, they were polite I say "they" because Preston was training Brittany, and he did very well in offering her insider knowledge of the trade... Well done, Preston. Food was good. The 2 for $25 deal was fun because we got to get an appetizer and dessert. Portion sizes are fair. Highly recommend the skillet cookie!
This was a very relaxing place to eat. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We both enjoyed our meals. Our server, Sydney, was courteous and on point. Thank you for a positive experience.
VERY poor experience. Our host was unwelcoming and our server was about the same. We ordered drinks and they forgot one for 10mins. Our food was extremely poor, they forgot items and the server didn't come to check on our table a single time, we had to wave an expeditor down. Our server wasn't busy, it was a motivation thing. There seemed to be no care for customer experience by her. Our hot food was cold and our cold food was warm. Chicken was so cold on one meal we couldn't eat it, our quesadillas were basically chips we almost no cheese on them, our hamburger bun was stale and crumbled to the touch and our salad was so warm it was a soggy mess. Server didn't ask how anything was, expeditor had an earpod in, host was almost rude, no visible management, place felt dirty, and poor food quality.
Sadly this location is just not very good. This review is NOT to criticize the staff who were spread VERY thin and doing their best. The waitress was very sweet and attentive, but the food was just bad and the whole experience was dragged out by lack of staff. One girl was covering hosting and serving, I didn't look in the kitchen but I'm guessing there was one cook back there doing everything by themselves too. Anyway, I always get the cajun shrimp pasta at Chili's and it's usually good, but this time the pasta was so overcooked it was basically mush, and the shrimp was like chewing on an eraser. My husband's meal was mostly fried and had that nasty burnt-fryer-oil smell. Again, I don't blame the workers as they were doing the best they could while being overworked. I really wish businesses, restaurants in particular, would pay an actual living wage. We always tip very well, 20% at least even if we had a bad experience, but one couple tipping well is not enough to supplement the shameful wages restaurant workers are paid. This Chili's is particularly understaffed but everywhere we've gone for a long time now has been understaffed. Making customers wait half an hour to be seated in a restaurant that's 80% empty, then wait even longer for their food while the one poor waitress who hasn't quit yet runs herself ragged trying to serve everyone, is not a good look. It doesn't make people come back and spend more to keep you in business. Do better, corporate.
On this visit, I ordered the dry rubbed baby back ribs and they were absolutely amazing! My gf had a hamburger with special order due to her diet restrictions. The bartender was very friendly and the order came back perfect and delicious for the both of us! I highly recommend! I eat here often.....love it!Food: 5/5
Best APRIL FOOL'S JOKE EVER! this place is the most consistent organized mess ever. No napkins today. Was told no pickles today too. When burger needed to be delivered it had to be remade cause there were pickles on it. Had chips n salsa , but waited ten minutes for soda. Everything is a wait. Manager is changing table tents but not expediting food. Waitress never checked on anything. Asked and waited for more soda. Again, diet coke. No one ever asked for diet. Twice she delivered diet.
Was there on Saturday at noon. The hostess said it would be 20 to 30 minutes before we could sit down even though there was only 3 tables with customers. She informed us that there was only 1 server working, yet there were employees sweeping and others doing nothing. We asked if we could sit down, the hostess told us NO, the manager said they were not allowed to seat people until the server could take our orders. More people showed up, several parties of 6 and 8 people. They were told the same thing. They left. I ended up placing a to-go order. The food was great. This place lacks good management. It's obvious they have been short staffed for a super long time now. Me and my daughter like to have lunch there every once in awhile on Fridays and yesterday was the first day in a LONG time where we were seated immediately, food came out fast and hot, and our server Jacob was consistent, attentive, and pleasant. You could tell he was working hard to keep tables happy and empty tables clean. We were very happy. Thank you Jacob.
Food came out in a timely manner and was fairly good. Staff was friendly and made sure our meals were how we ordered. Service is getting better and faster than months prior. Wait times during dinner is about 35 min average for a table on a weekend. Overall good experience and will be coming back with family.Food: 4/5
