Prices have gone up over the years. The menu has changed a bit. But it's still a great place to grab a few drinks, watch some sports, and eat some tasty wings. We opted for the BOGO boneless wings special because it was a Thursday.
We dined in for a birthday celebration on December 3rd, 2022 with 6 people at our table. 2 other tables were seated after us and 1 table was seated before us. The 2 after us started getting their order before we started getting our order, even tho we ordered before them. Then 1 meal at a time started coming out of the kitchen and it seemed as if they were alternating which table got the next meal. 2 of our orders came out fairly quickly, then 15 minutes later 2 more orders came out and then after another 20 minutes the last 2 orders showed up. The idea of a birthday dinner was to eat together not eat at different times. If anyone were to have waited to eat, their food would have been cold, instead the last 2 people ate after everyone else. During the time we waited between meals coming out, other tables were still getting their meals that ordered after us and even before us. and we didnt even get all of our food. When we complained the server went to get the manager and he blamed it on to many online orders and not enough cooks. He did give us some money off of our order but I still feel it necessary to share my experience here.
This Buffalo Wild Wings is struggling, they've had staffing struggles which I understand but our last two orders there were just horrible. We ordered three orders of boneless wings and only one order was sauced correctly. The fries were ice cold and the cheese sticks were over cooked. For the money they charge they really need to step their game up, I very much doubt I will ever return to this location.
Ordered boneless wings on 1/31, and asked for them to be extra wet. Got home in the snowstorm after 30 minutes of driving to find considerably dry wings. Next day for lunch, I come to find out more than half the wings were just breading!!! No chicken at all!!! Called the next day to complain to store manager. Said nothing she could do,, had to pass it along to corporate. No solution from corporate still almost 3 weeks later. Wont be coming here ever again!
We came with a party of 8 high school boys and 2 adults. We had 3 tables put together. -We had to ask or order appetizers -Our main courses came minutes after our appetizers -If we wanted a straw we had to go to one end of the tables and grab our own -Our last person to receive food wait 10mins tea after after the first received theirs -Had to ask for napkins -Had to ask for utensils -Waitress stood at one end of the tables and asked us to pass down all the food tray’s. -Waitress did not offer any refills, we had to ask on waters and sodas -Waitress did not offer any to go boxes, we had to ask. -Waitress waited until most of us were done then asked us to pass all empty trays to her. -Either she was never trained or she needs to be retrained. Autumn waitress sucked! BW’s as a whole, not what it used to be. You know it’s bad when you trying choosing a location that sucks less than the others.
We were unable to be seated because, "there wasn't seating for seven," while we could see fourteen empty tables in the dining area. Only one table had a couple seated at it. We love Buffalo Wild Wings, but this particular location has had a lot of issues with their workers. We will not be returning.
They will mess up your order if you order through doordash. I’ve been in here a bunch in person as well and the service always sucks. No one’s ever working and the food is always soggy. Bdubs as a whole isn’t what it use to be.
I’m going anonymous for this review just because I use to work for Buffalo Wild Wings. Haven’t had it in awhile so I decided to doordash it, specially from this location. Ordered a simple American cheeseburger. Unchecked the mustard, tomatoes, pickles, mayo, etc. So basically I just wanted the cheese and that’s it. Ended up getting my food and the burger had everything on it still. As stated before I use to work for bdubs and I know it’s not that hard to just look at each order and get them right. It’s almost like the guy who Is making the food doesn’t even bother to read anything. On top of this experience I also ordered door dash last week from here again/previously and got the tenders that time. Ended up receiving 3 tenders that looked like they were actual kids size. You pay all this money to get the food delivered, at least get the order right and make the customer feel like they got their moneys worth. I would never order from here again, at least through doordash. The franchise as a whole has gone completely down hill to begin with. I’ve only been to this location once in person but I got traditional wings then and you can’t really mess that up. But if you’re door dashing, absolutely do NOT order from here. 2 times in a row now where It’s becoming a joke.
I really do hate to give bad reviews but this Buffalo Wild Wings is a no go. They may just be in-between managers or they need to find a manager, I’m not sure. We went before the dinner rush so it was not busy at all so I could not blame the issues on that. We were seated at a table that was not cleaned or cleaned poorly. The bathroom was mostly clean but the fixtures were dirty, smelly and had not been properly cleaned for quite a while. All of the food had problems. I ate all of my boneless wings but they were burned and possibly an old batch that they added an abnormal amount of sauce to possibly hide the problems. My spouse sent her traditional wings back and just asked for a credit on the bill as they may have not been cooked enough and also had an abnormal amount of sauce to try and disguise that fact. My sons wings were also burned or old. The celery was mushy on one side something i have never seen before. I actually am concerned about cleanliness of the kitchen where they prepare the food. The only thing they had going was a very nice server who apologized for the food issues. This BWW may be the last one for me because it was so bad. Definitely avoid this particular location.
Disappointed!! Here is a list for you so called Mangers that run this site. 1. I didn’t know Buffalo charged for ranch AND CARROTS when you order their wings. Thought that was included? Two times this has happened and all the other times I’ve came none of the waitresses charge that. So?? 2. Came with my family of 7 and the hostess said they couldn’t seat that much people. Offered to sit at two different tables even if we didn’t sit together. This IS AN OPTION! He denied us entry, told us he could not sit us not even that way I offered. So what could we do? Just walked out. 3. Poor service, sometimes see the waitresses sitting at tables with other clients or counting their tips when other tables still are waiting for drinks and orders to be taken. Terrible experiences….
