The atmosphere reminded me of the shop I work at at home. I had a double espresso and oh my goodness, it was absolutely divine. Lovely bright notes with a smooth bold finish. Top notch. Great food variety for all consumers to indulge. The staff is fabulous and welcoming. It was my first time here. I certainly will seek out this business in the future when I'm in the area.
Cute place. My sweet potato & beet salad was so good. It was very cozy & dim in the front area. That was perfect for what I wanted - somewhere to chat with my daughter and relax. Then there was a back area where a lot of people seemed to be working & was the right vibe for that. The back area was bright, open, airy feeling, full of books and such.
March 13: damn I love it here! March 3, 2023: Third time is the charm! Fallen in love with this place. Enough said!!! Back again....NOT disappointed by any means. Please support these wonderful people...Feb 14, 2023 First-time customer. Where have I been??? Just awesome place with great staff, a comfortable atmosphere, and awesome drinks....reasonable, too. Nice place to grab a coffee and hang out for a bit, especially in the summer when the outdoor seating area is open. I’ve tried a couple breakfast food items and they are pretty good. Staff is always welcoming.
Really enjoyed Mountain Top Coffee. I had the breakfast burrito. It was delicious! And it was a really big burrito. Probably could take half home for another meal. I also had the Honey Bee latter iced. This is my new favorite coffee. A few coffee shops have it on the menu. It is vanilla, honey and cinnamon in an iced latte. Yummy. I also really liked how accessible this place is. See pictures. Will definitely be back.

Love this coffee shop! Low-key, adventure vibe. Their vegan bakery does not disappoint, and I'm not vegan. I appreciate that they use Rishi brand products. Our favorites so far is chai, hot cocoa, and the brownies. Prices are super reasonable, as well. Happy to discover this coffee joint!
I've been going here on and off for the past few years since I don't often get the chance, but when I do, it's always a treat! I really love their seasonal drink menus and the bakery fridge is always superb. I got the rosemary miel latte a winter special and it is absolutely delicious makes me want to make my own at home!. The protein bites are also delicious. All in all, haven't had a bad experience while I've been here. Baristas are always cheerful and having fun with each other.
Really glad that Nathan founded Mountain Top after the previous shop decided to move out of Waukesha. Great location, great coffee, great bakery/food options. This place is located right in the heart of downtown. If you stop, they have a killer Mocha and their Cajun Breakfast Sandwich on an Everything Bagel is real good.
Mountain top has unintentionally become my families go-to cafe in Waukesha. The drinks are all delicious and the coffee is consistently excellent. The food is underwhelming sometimes but a good find overall and worth the visit!
