We had an excellent service. The rolls were warm and delicious. The cactus blossom were hot and crunchy. I had the chicken fried steak, but it's called something else on the menu, anyways it was just OK. Too salty, too tough, and cream gravy was bland, no pepper. I guess I expected a little too much since it's named "Texas" Roadhouse. Steak was prepared well and delicious.
We went as a group of 5 to celebrate my sister-in-laws birthday. 4 of us ordered a liquor beverage; 1 mixed drink, 1 margarita, 1 blended, 1 blended & swirled with wine... we all liked our choices. We all enjoyed the fresh warm bread with butter. We ordered some appetizers; fries, boneless chicken, ribs, chili, and a sampler of boneless chicken, snake bites and potato skins. All of the appetizers were cold, I sent my chili back telling them that it was cold, it was brought back to me warm, I sent it back. The person with the ribs was expecting them to fall off the bone as advertised but they did not and again were cold. We informed the manager all of the appetizers were cold, he said "let me make that up to you" ... that was all we heard of that, as the only charge removed was the chili I'd sent back and we didn't see him again. When the entrees arrived all of the potatoes were hot but the rest of the food was warm. My sweet potato was burnt and I could only enjoy part of it, the baked potatoes had a lot of salt on the outside. We tried to enjoy our evening the best we could but we were all disappointed in our food. Would've given less stars but the waiter was friendly, we appreciated his service.
Very crowded with no place to wait. They had a ton of staff and everyone was great. Our server was wonderful. The food was mediocre. Honestly it’s a chain restaurant with basic quality food. The prices were reasonable though.Food: 4/5
Used the online check in for the waitlist, it worked great! They were busy when we got there, but having checked in online, our wait was only about 15 minutes! Rachel I think, the receipt said our server was Slick as phenomenal! She was fast, friendly and efficient and did not over bother us, but was definitely there when we needed her and fun! We started with Drinks, Kenny’s Cooler and a margarita, those came quick. We ordered a bloomin’ onion and that came super quick, especially since they were busy! They do still have peanuts, they are individually bagged in servings and in a barrel by the check in station and it is a help yourself sort of thing. Rolls and honey butter were on point as always. Husband had the New York strip smothered with a loaded baked potato and veggies. Steak was perfect, everything hit, fresh and delicious! I had the filet and ribs with mashed potatoes and gravy to take home for later and a loaded baked potato! Everything was DELICIOUS! We added a shrimp sidekick to share! We had so much food, it was delicious! I have to say…for 3 large alcoholic drinks, an appetizer, refillable rolls, free peanuts, 2 full dinners with add one and a side of shrimp for under $100…not to shabby!
My friend and I came in for a quick bite to eat. The rolls were definitely not fresh, but it was 9 o' clock at night. Kassie was super sweet! Great waitress. My shrimp appetizer was good, possibly a little uncooked.Dine in: Yes
Texas Roadhouse has the best dinner rolls in the world. Their steak is one of the best among the steakhouse chains throughout the nation. This branch was no different. Also, love their blooming cactus/onion. They have a long wait time. Make reservation over the phone before going for dinner. You can skip the 45 minutes wait time.
Had the worst meal I’ve ever had at TRH last night. We arrived at 6 pm and the restaurant was laid back with maybe 40% of it full. From the time we ordered to when we got our food, a full hour had passed. We had two toddlers with us…once we finally got our meals, they were clearly left sitting for a while before they got delivered to our table. The gravy was congealed, the presentation looked like they dropped the plates and just pushed everything back on. The steak was over cooked and cold on my plate, my husbands, and my sons. Just a terrible experience over all. We will not be back to this location.
I’m gonna be honest, this is the worst restaurant I’ve eaten at. The costumer service was okay, and the prices are good, but the food quality was absolute garbage. I ordered cheese fries and a bacon cheeseburger, and the patty fell apart. The bacon tasted like licking the pan after you cooked the bacon, and I was fully able to peel the cheese off the fries. I dined with two other people, and two of the sides they ordered were green beans and sweet potato. There were marshmallows IN the sweet potato, and the green beans seemed to be in some sort of liquid with corn, possibly mushrooms, and some other thing I can’t identify so an image will be provided. Eating here has made me never want to eat at an outback steakhouse again.
The rolls are wonderful. Service excellent. There was really no wait. The loaded baked potato also excellent. The mushroom and onions were so good on the steak. I'm not sure why this happened but we ordered medium-well and got medium-rare. I never send anything back to the kitchen for my own reasons. The steak was good but not excellent.
1st time visit @ Texas Roadhouse to celebrate mom's birthday. What an excellent experience, we LOVED EVERYTHING we ordered including the huge special occasion cocktails. Food was hot, steaks cooked to perfection, loaded baked potatoes needed a little more butter but was so very tasty. Mom even received a FREE icecream with chocolate sauce for her birthday. Now that was classy and mom was smiling ear to ear. Servers were excellent on checking with us to make sure everything we ordered was to our liking or if we needed anything else. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, Texas Roadhouse to everyone. Especially if you love ribs & steaks! You can even select steaks from the meat case that find yourself drooling over.
