This is a great location. I am glad to see that the management has changed. The current team is great to deal with and they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I was in the store on August 20, 2016 at around 3:30pm and I was speaking to one of the employees who was helpful until this older female employee, who seemed to be in charge, came in and was extremely rude to me and did not respect what I was saying. I wanted to exchange my product and she said it was final sale even though it was not indicated anywhere on my receipt and no one informed me at the time of my purchase. My receipt clearly said I had 30 days for an exchange. They ended up giving me a store credit because the product I needed was not available in the right size. Throughout the entire conversation she was extremely rude to me even though I was nice to her. She told me that she "doesn't care to order" the product for me because it would have been a straight exchange and she wanted me to purchase a more expensive item instead. I asked her for a recommendation on what I should purchase and she said she "doesn't care if they didn't have my size and that I can contact head office if I didn't like what she was saying." It was a horrible experience and I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I work in retail and I am shocked that someone like her is allowed to work in a store and can talk to customers in such a terrible way. I will never go there again.

Purchased my Gica android box new model. It did not work after bringing home. When went to the shop realised there is no refund. So had to purchase a different model at a lower cost. Now they have our money lying with them as credit. So now we are stuck with 50 bucks. Unless we purchase anything from them. You sell boxes which wont work and have our money too. Plus the worst part they sold open box stating its a last piece. Of course it wasnt, somebody returned it because the box is not working. Sleazy business.

I was in show case browsing around when I was looking at this wallet I was thinking about purchasing this wallet when out of no ware this really old lady who was very rude that worked there took the wallet out of my hand I was so mad I left the store I called about 30 minutes later and asked to speak to the manager the manager was very nice I asked the manager if she could ask the very old lady who was very rude to apologize for what she had done she said ok when the very old lady what was very rude was in the phone she said I didn't do that and said oh sorry and hung up I was so angry I would not recommend going there when that old lady is there she's the rudest person I have ever met

I went there on November 23 to buy a MagicTracks set for my son. It was 39.99$ for one, but the sales associate, "roxanne", told me its going on sale for Black Friday. She told me if I bought 2 tracks it would be 29.99$ for the first and 19.99$ for the second all I would have to do is bring back my receipt to get a credit back to my credit card. There was a bit of a misunderstanding but thanks to Roxanne and her boss I got the difference back THANKS
