Non-existent customer service. What is the use of making an appointment for auto service, if we have to wait 2.5 hours for a tire change. I had an appointment for 5 pm, and it was 7:30 pm when I left. I went to ask for the status at 5:45 pm, and I was told it would be another 15 minutes. At 6:45 pm, I had to show my displeasure for them to get my car inside the shop. When I asked to speak with the manager, they told me he had left for the day. Asked to speak to somebody else, and was told that there is no one here in management to speak with. And each of the customer service men, had such an attitude. As if, they were doing me a favor. They charge by the hour when working on our cars, but have no value for the customer's time. I had been coming here since the last five years, but I am NOT COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Customer service is virtually nonexistent. If you have a question about an item good luck finding someone, and if you are lucky to find a staff member who works there, it wont be there section and will have to page someone who wont show up. It will be quicker to get hired at the store and go through the training, then to wait/find someone to assist you.

automotive staff Dylan was very helpful, no stock was available for the brakes i needed and he was more than happy to order them for me and called me immediately when parts arrived. very helpful and polite

Just returned from a routine tire and oil change, took them 3 hours to do since all staff were busy admiring a Harley Davidson bike. Took 30 minutes just to do paper work, when there were hardly any customers around. The phase printed on the manager’s window is ‘respect customer’s time’. My first review ever shows how bad an experience I had. Note I took my appointment 10 days in advance and arrived on time.

Expect zero assistance. Save yourself some time and look up the location of your product beforehand, their website will list the aisle location...which is likely because of their legendary elusive associates. Otherwise, product selection and pricing is decent.
