Structube

My boyfriend and I went to Structube in Etobicoke to buy a couch and the staff were helpful, aware and non evasive. Ted helped us out when we were there, he was so patient and very helpful..I never write reviews but I'm so impressed by the customer service there. Thank you Ted and the rest of the staff for not breathing down our necks at every corner and being amazing.

Very modern design furniture and good quilty . This showroom have lot of furniture to check. .. Staff are really helpful and can give you good advice about how to match everything .. We got the Zak dinning table from here .. There are lots of free parking spot around this location ...

Really good stuff especially for people moving into rented homes because it’s decent quality but not insane expensive. I even matched their items to online retailers like Amazon and Wayfair and they were still better in quality, pricing and service! Would recommend. This is also a pretty big structube.

My fiance and I just bought a new condo and ended up furnishing our entire place with pieces from Structube. Their furniture is sleek, modern, compact, and very high quality. They're also super simple to put together without a lot of complicated steps. Most take 20 minutes or less, which isn't something a lot of people consider when buying from other places, trust me, you'll be thankful for it. The end product is something that will turn heads and get a lot of compliments without breaking the bank. Their prices are comparable with IKEA yet are nicer and will last longer. Definitely check them out if you're in the market for new furniture or home decor. You won't regret it!

I wanted to take the time to write a review of this store. Before going to shop there I read some reviews on here and was a little nervous to shop at Structube Etobicoke. I called first, and spoke with Matt on the phone. He was incredibly helpful. I went into the store and saw him in person. He was awesome. Took the time to show me many options, and to answer all of my questions. I told him I would return to place my order and he let me know he was leaving, and suggested I speak with Jen. When I returned, Jen was also great. I placed my order and left happy. Today I went in to pick my order up, and was happy to see both Jen and Matt there (he is now area manager). They encouraged us to open our purchases to insure they were fine before leaving. Sadly, our couch was damaged. Jen and Matt apologized and quickly ordered us a replacement. I was bummed about the couch being damaged, however these two helped me to be a happy customer. I will definitely return to the store to purchase more furniture.
