What a disgusting mess this experience has been. Came to this store looking for a mattress and found one for a decent price that apparently "wouldn't be on sale if I came back tomorrow" according to the sales agent. Didn't even care cause I needed one asap and the delivery schedule worked for me. They offered me a 3 hour window from 9am - 12pm which I was fine with. I get a follow up call from their call centre telling me that they're going to be there around 10:30am. This morning at 7:30 I get a call saying they're going to be there in half an hour and I'm 30 minutes away from the delivery location. I get on the road and 10 minutes in I get a call saying that they're there in 5 minutes and won't wait if I'm not there. What I'm going to do is cancel this order and sleep on my couch until I find a mattress from a different company. Much better option over supporting Leons

Worst ever!! Don't be fooled by their pleasantries in-store. Their delivery people made a complete mess of my house and were incredibly rude, especially when they dragged my sectional through the snow, wore their wet shoes throughout my house and spoke to each other in another language the entire time. I was told to send an email to Leon's and I heard back from two people who said the exact same thing: "That they will dispatch a technician who will contact you in a couple days to schedule an appointment regarding the damage to the couch." I never once heard from a manager to apologize for their employee's behaviour. Once they swipe your credit card they do not care about you or about customer satisfaction. I had to give one star, but if I could I would give them zero. Shop at URBAN BARN!!!! Prices are a bit higher but you can not beat their costumer service!! I need new kitchen appliances and I will never shop at Leon's again.

Nice selection and good value, however delivery takes a while. We waited about 7 weeks to receive our couches. Very nice and helpful staff.

Great experience. Deep the manager went above and beyond my expectations. Easy to access location. Friendly helpful staff.

There are two different vibes that you get walking into this store. The first being that you are truly, and completely ignored, and are unable to get help from staff. The second involves the staff borderline harassing you trying to make a sale, and/or following you around, as if they’re trying to catch you stealing. Either way, they are paying too much attention, or none at all, and neither of these approaches are comforting. Definitely will not be shopping here again.
