Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

Food isn't AMAZING, but it is good! And the prices aren't high. This is a great place in town to stop for a late-night appetizer or drink for cheap. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they'll mess up your order often, and the front-of-house staff has atrocious customer service. I am a server myself, and I rarely feel compelled to tip more than 15%. If having a nice overall experience when eating out is part of the fun for you, you can do better than this place.

Our waiter was so friendly and the food was brought out quickly and was delicious. Stopped here on Christmas Eve on our way up north. The tablets on the tables can be used for two dollars to keep kids entertained with some fun games. Love it!

Had the best dinner here at Applebee's tonight! All new menu items. Steak, cheesy potato casserole, garlic green beans, and onion crisps! Delicious! Our server was Cassandra and she was 5 stars!!

I'm from NY and never dined at Applebee's in NY. It's because I had a bad experience at Applebee's in Hershey and another area. Today's Service was impecable and the food was delicious. I recommend this restaurant and ask for a special waitress named: Janyel H. She's polite, energetic and gentle. Excellent service, delicious food, environment : clean. Go there and you won't be disappointed.
