The gym is just fine, some of equipment would take a while to get fixed, but it wasn't a huge deal, convenient location, everything was great...until we tried to cancel. If you plan on staying FOREVER and your life never changes, give this gym a try. There is a cancellation fee for removing a person from your contract (even after a year). We cancelled in time, per the contract, but were charged anyway. We called 3 times with the promise of a call back, never got a call. We went in to get it all straightened out. The staff apologized for the mistake and said we'd receive a refund in 3-5 days. The staff member offered to process the refund, but the owner said he'd do it when he returned. Well, fast forward 13 days (today), we still have nothing. Waiting for our $120 to be refunded (cancelled 2 karate and 1 gym membership). I stopped in to check the status, to my "surprise", it was never processed. I once again left my information and asked to be called when the refund was processed. Didn't hear back yesterday, so my husband stopped in today. Apparently the owner is now out of town and he's the only one who can process these things. I'm constantly amazed at the lack of follow through! You can take my $120 no problem, but when I ask for it back because you stole it (yes I would consider this stealing: taking money that isn't yours), I can't get it back. UPDATE: After much frustration, canceling our card (so we wouldn't have more money taken out), we were FINALLY refunded our money. The owner said the check had been left with the front desk staff for a while, but apparently they just hadn't seen it. Apparently he has no problem throwing his employees under the bus. Customer service is HUGE and if you aren't good at it, hire someone who is. Preferably someone who makes sure to respect the contract and the customer and can get things done in a professional and timely manner. I've read through the reviews and I'm not the only one who's had billing issues.

Overall not a good experience. Gym was always dirty. Small and most people just sit around talking. Unfriendly staff. Called in December to see how I can cancel they tell me I have to come in. I wasn't able to until beginning of January. I go in they give me attitude and say I have to call. Seriously? Such a pain. So now I have to pay an extra month because the staff has no clue what they are talking about.

I absolutely love this gym! Staff is super friendly and they have great equipment! Owners are extremely nice and it’s a great place to get a lift on! Highly recommend this gym!!

Hey loving this gym the guy who works here James usually works in the morning, by far one of the best employees here super cool dude and definitely deserves a raise

I am all about quality customer service, and maintaining equipment. This place stuggles to provide both of those. I left my last gym due to poor customer service, and am nearly at the same place with this one. The convenience factor is the only thing keeping me here. The equipment is breaking down and needs repaired. The dumb bells are falling apart, and no matter how many times I bring it up they don't get fixed. All that needs done is to tighten the bolts. The gym use to be clean when I would come in morning, but now it is a total mess with equipment and towels all over the place. Again, if it wasn't for the gym being 2 minutes from my house I would find a new gym.
