Great place to work. Audry is my favorite person in the world at the moment

It's a clean and pleasant place. But I did not like the idea of interfering with the booking system managed by the city program so well. I was told that the pool management will not let me use the second half hour slot that I had booked has been unilaterally cancelled by the Annette pool management.

Horrible staff. They always lying, lying lying....Audrey called the cops on me this evening because I called her out on her lies. I don't understand Why she gives me a hard time I just want to workout and go home. SMH....This old white lady with the Elvis looking hair kept giving me wrong information about my pass, my membership. She told the cops I was trespassing and that my membership had expired. LIES!!! I called a city gym an hour away and they said she was lying. My membership was active. Audrey said Annette gym was full and had three people in there. LIES. No one was in the gym. The gym was empty! I called her out on her lies and she got angry and called cops. Even the cops realised she was lying. Why is this lady even employed by the city? Clueless on everything. They turned the taps on in the bathroom so the gym roof would start leaking. So I left asap. This happened as I was working out. information they provide to rec users is totally different from what the city of Toronto tells you over the phone. Staff always lying

I tried to go to lane swim 4 days in a row the staff said "it is senior swim time now. when on all of the schedules it said lane swim from 3-3:45.

Nice little pool around 25m with a warm temperature and a couple of benches around the sides. Only setbacks are the lack of lockers in the changing room and a small adult lane swim schedule, but otherwise it's a great place to swim. The receptionist at the front was very helpful and answered all 100 of my questions. It was $66.00 for 20 swim passes.

I am so infuriated with this service, did not answer my calls6 to be exact and i am at ends meet. I will not take this terrible disrespect and just want to do the swim with my homies

We take swimming lessons here. It's a heated pool, it has clean and warm dressing rooms, the instructors have all been great and there's seating for the parents while their little guppies are learning their backstroke. What else could you ask for?

Horrible pool! Everyone is rude, disgusting washrooms/showers.. went to the pool yesterday with 4 friends, and ALL of us woke up sick today.. I felt like it was dirty and it wasn't properly cleaned! Never will go there again! If I were to rate the pool it would be -1/10 . Everyone stares at you when you walk along the pool side and you feel uncomfortable as well! I hate this pool! The water was piss warm and it's disgusting.. I can't . Gross .  Omg !

Very convenient location. It has enough parking spaces, and the staff are friendly. It's close to a school's basketball courts and playground, so if you don't want to wait inside the community centre, you can play ball or bring your kids to the playground.

Warm water pool for an aqufit class, great instructor and music.  Nice to be back in the groove
