What can I say? This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area and anywhere. The ambiance is perfect – it is lit enough but not too much. The table are kept in clean linens and the over all spacing keeps you private but not alone. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their specials are always great – and I an a big fan of their veal and chicken dishes. The appetizers are great – I love the calamari and the bruschetta here.

Went back for second time after about a year or two. They had just moved and we found the restaurant loud and crowded. The food was not memorable. However, this time was a much better experience. Our wait people were attentive and were able to recite the specials from memory. Our zucchini sticks arrived crisp and flavorful. Our main courses were also well done - I had a chicken and eggplant topped with mozzarella cheese lightly browned (as I had asked). The sauce was light and not overbearing. Well balanced. For dessert we had the traditional tartufo which appeared to be commercially made but was presented very nicely cut into quarter for our table. This restaurant now has a bar, but they did allow us to BYOB.

Went for a family birthday dinner and it was a hit. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Lots of options (not that many for vegetarians but there were a few) and all the dishes were tasty. Very american italian food. Large portions. Nice touches of complimentary bruschetta, salad and a bite size dessert. We byob but wine/beer was available. Best dish was the recommended dessert of the neopolitan. Would return.

Have frequented Andreas for many years. Never disappointed! My family always goes to Andrea's for special occasions as well as simply for a nice dinner. Great long-term wait staff (especially Bill). Try it, you won't be sorry.

6pm reservations not a regular customer and wont be. Was marched to upstairs where we were placed out of the way and rushed through our meal masked as thorough and attentive service. Upon seating we were informed beer is not allowed at this Bar/BYOB....Was going to purchase a cocktail but I hold grudges. Meals were of average size and food was tasty though seemingly overpriced. Recently found another BYOB close to this one in a different Borough where food was excellent service was attentive and atmosphere was as good as we got so there is no reason to return to this place.
