Food for us has always been an adventure but professionally it has also been about putting Indian cuisine in the forefront, on a podium and at par with some of the most flavorful cuisines out there.
It about staying connected to the culture, digging the traditional roots, exploring the rich Indian history and then taking it further, evolving it and at the same time releasing it from copper lined bowls onto a plate -combining different techniques, regions, flavours and textures.
The Buddhists accents bestow good luck, health, and prosperity upon arrival, encouraging diners to relax in the intimate zen atmosphere along with some smooth jazz playing in the background.
