The staff there was knowledgeable for sure. I drove a long way for a specific hair piece (I'm new to dance) I felt like the staff was annoyed to have to help me and answer my questions. Their demeaning attitude was not appreciated.

We had a great experience at this store! My daughter and I went in to browse and maybe buy a dance outfit. We found a few nice things and we were greeted by a friendly gal and directed to a fitting room. When I purchased the items and left, I then realized I had forgotten to give them my 10% off discount coupon! In fact I had forgotten to bring it. When I went back in and asked if it was possible to still get the discount if I came back later with the coupon, the woman said of course and that she would actually give us the discount with an extra coupon she had there for students from our dance studio. Wow! Best customer service ever!! I will definitely be back!

Was a little worried to go here after the previous reviews and i must say they couldn't be farther from the truth! The lady there was lovely, helpful and very patient with a mother and her ruler for her daughters dance shoe size =) They have a point system for future discounts with your purchases and i am planning on bringing my daughter with me next time so she can pick out her dance bag ♡♡♡ Thank you for helping me the shoes fit her perfect and your prices were better than we had hoped.

We had entered the store to buy a new dance uniform (shoes, leotards, one piece) for our 3 year old daughter whom was with us, as she was just starting dance class. The older woman who was running the store was helping another customer at the time, but regardless didn't greet us or make eye contact with us whatsoever. We looked around, and found the dance shoe location, and also picked out a one piece dance uniform. After a few attempts to politely grab the store clerk's attention, we decided to grab a pair of shoes off the display and say excuse me. We were met with a very negative tone, first she belittled the fact that our daughter was only starting an entry level class, and she proceeded to tell us snidely we should try on the uniform because she was with other customers involving the shoe area. I don't think we have ever felt more unwelcome in a store before, and we drove to west Edmonton solely because of how rude she was. We will give our business to All 4 Dance for the rest of our daughter's dance classes as long as she is dancing. All 4 Dance was very accomodating and friendly.

This small boutique dance store is filled with knowledge about everything you need product wise to be prepared for your studio! The staff will take you under their wing and grab all the items on your dance schools list with efficiency. Highly recommend this store!!!
