Wouldn't recommend. They have abused or credit card. The gym is ok. I would pay a few extra bucks and find a gym that has better customer service, it will be well worth your time and money.

Gym was okay but similar to the other reviews I emailed about cancelling my membership in August and was assured that it had been cancelled, however I continued to get charged so once again emailed and then AGAIN was told it had been cancelled. I continued to monitor my bank account and noticed that I was still being charged for four months after I had already tried to cancel it the second time. It took me a month to finally get a reply and another month to get my money back. Customer service was terrible!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM!

Frustrating experience. Ok gym. Cancelled membership and they continue to charge our credit card. Last month it was charged so we went in to get a refund, she gave it as cash but did not have change so made us go find change for her. Again this month we were charged after she confirmed she would remove our card and not charge us. Be careful giving this company your credit card, I wouldn't recommend that you do.
